My experience with this company was really good. They assisted me in making sure all the proper documents were filled out and kept me informed as the process was in progress. I would highly recommend them and will use their service again when the need arises. Truly professional!

Website was very helpful. Staff likewise. Everything was very efficient and timely. The process made my life much easier. Thank you.

I needed my damaged passport replaced in three days! Three ! They delivered as agreed, I have no complaints. I am completely satisfied.

awesome service, quick and reliable.

I had to go to Hong kong for business on short notice(less than 5 days before I had to leave) and noticed my passport was expired. I quickly did a search on-line and decided to go with Visa Passport Pro, Derek Loiseau my contact was professional, quick, informative, and detail oriented with what was needed to ensure I received my passport on time, he also followed up with an e-mail. I was not expecting to receive my passport until that Friday, I recieved my passport a day early. Derek made a stressful situation manageable, I am very confident to refer Visa Passport Pro to anyone who is in need of a passport renewal with a quick turn around.

From the moment that I started working with these folks, they made things SO smooth & easy to understand. They took their time explaining the process, what I would need to do & then what they would be doing. I dealt with 2 or 3 different people, and they were all very helpful, professional & pleasant to speak with, which also made the process easier. I REALLY appreciate these folks & visapassporpro's, and feel that if they had not been available, I would have had a very difficult time getting all the paperwork completed accurately & on time. I'm sure I, and others in our company, will be needing their services in the future, and I will be highly recommending them. Thank you all very much for all you assistance & patience.

I bought a nonrefundable airline ticket to Brazil and did not realize how difficult and time-consuming it can be to get a visa. With the upcoming World Cup games the consulates and embassies were booked up with appointments to obtain a visa before my departure date, so I had to turn into an agency to get my visa for me. Thank God for visa passport Pro! I contacted Visa Passport Pro and they assured me that it could be done in the allotted time necessary. They kept in constant communication with me as to where my passport was and just as they said my visa a arrived on the date promised. I have traveled to six of the seven continents, and for all future trips when I need a visa, I will turn to Visa Passport Pro. Without a doubt they are the best. They were always kind and professional. I recommend this company to anyone who needs a passport or visa, whether it's because you need it in a hurry or because you just don't want to have to do the necessary legwork. These guys will take care of everything for you. Thank you Visa Passport Pro! I had a fabulous time in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil & with out them I never would've obtained the visa in time! Job well done.

Exceptional service! Representative was very helpful and passport was delivered two days earlier than anticipated. I would recommend Visa Passport Pro to anyone looking to get their new passport or renewal quickly and at a relatively low cost.
