I used Visa Passport Pro when I needed my passport done in a week. Even though I had 1 week to do, I had to use 2-day option because of "processing time" and travel time by mail. These guys are going to get paid. So bear that in mind. The staffer that I talked to was courteous and professional, and when there was a possible weather delay on my order, they called to let me know, and my order still arrived before my departure date. If you can possibly get your passport done through normal means, do it. Don't wait like I did. But if you do need it done at the last minute, they will get it done for you.

This company got the job done and on time and gave me a few pointers I wouldn't have thought of. Once you actually speak to a real person, this works. However, until you actually sign up online, it's difficult to get anyone to return your call. They are not good about returning your call until you actually have filled out the paperwork and received a case number. Once I actually got all the paperwork in, they were right on top of getting it back before the date they promised. Actually, you can do the same thing yourself by mail if you aren't in a hurry, as you still have to take the paperwork to a place in your area if it's for a new or expired passport.

My companion needed a third party to track down the location of a passport and eventaully a visa. I did not know whether or not I would be traveling alone to Ghana or with a companion within days of our departure date. So I have reservations with the company and its employees.

I would recommend Visa Passport Pro to a friend, and in general was satisfied with the delivery of my passport other than a couple of small things. The first gentleman who helped me sounded rushed and spoke quickly as he went through the instructions. He almost seemed bothered when I asked him to repeat the instructions. When I didn't receive my follow up email right away, I called back and was told that it may have gone into my spam file and indeed, it had. That was a bit stressful not to see that email for a few hours. The 2nd gentleman I talked with was more clear, and more helpful. My passport did arrive when I was told it would, and it was a relief to receive it on time. It was during a busy time of year (the week before Christmas) and the weather was bad all over the country, so I wasn't sure I would get it in time. I liked that I could track the progress of my passport, and see when it had left each location.

I got great service with getting my Passport with Rosealee but so far with getting my Visa I have sent e-mails to my Case Manager with no replies back. Oldest message I sent to him was a week ago but with Rosealee I got e-mails back within 24 hours even when I was freaking out about when I was going to get my Passport.
