Great customer support

This simple-to-use service is great value. And follow-up support was excellent. Many thanks.

My first photo was initially rejected, but visafoto helped and it worked

automated fast photo editing

I used the service to create a photo for a US visa. When I received the photo I thought there was a quality issue. I contacted support who replied quickly, letting me know that the issue I was seeing would have been corrected during the upload process, but that the photo I was using would not be accepted due to issues with the image when it was taken. They offered to create a new image for me free of charge from a new photo I sent them. From now on I will be using them for all my ID needs. The photo the created was great and around 40% cheaper than where I got the original photo from!
