Hello. Sorry to hear that, we have checked your situation. According to our mailing history, our support has sent a refund right after your request. We hope that the money have already been delivered to your account! The most common reason for rejection is a poor quality of the original photos provided by customers. We will prepare detailed instructions and a user agreement to avoid such situations in the future.

Hi. Sorry to hear about this misunderstanding. Based on your correspondence, we still assume that the problem was a technical error by Walgreens. We provide 4 2x2 photos laid out on 4x6 paper, and have had thousands of clients who successfully printed it via Walgreens. In any case, the funds spent by you are refunded to your account. Sorry again for any inconvenience. Feel free to order again next time at our website and we can help you print it OK at Walgreens (can do it for you).
