Awful service. This is the worst company. There are many companies over the internet providing a much better service. The support service is the worst, They ask for money for resizing. Terrible support service

I used their service since 2016 and was a very satisfied customer until 2021. However, their service became miserable in the past year. I encountered them 2 times with respect to the need to resize photos. They ask for money for every request we have. This means if you upload a photo and ask for two different specifications. They will ask for money every time. It was not like this before. Tatiana is the worst customer service agent. She never encounters any request without asking for payment. This review is based on the encounter in the last two occurrences. Avoid visafoto at any cost and it will save your time and money. Reason : 1) You will find cheaper options online I found it within 5 mins of research. And my photos are accepted to the govt immigration agency as well. 2) Slow Customer Service. Probably a one-man army/very less people. 3) No empathy 4) Not professional 5)don't respond timely 6) Overpriced Update- If you see the response you understand how inferior quality of responses this company provides when asked for additional help / shown the truth. When I posted a review they came with completed fabricated story! I NEVER ASKED ANOTHER PERSONS PHOTOGRAPH. I AM NOT STUPID TO ASK TWO ITEMD BY PAYING ONE PRICE.DONT MISLEAD PEOPLE WITH YOUR SILLY REPLY, It was my photograph and RESIZE was asked for my photo only. And YES it’s OVERPRICED, no matter what your numbers are in the response. AND THE RECENT REVIEWS SHOWS HOW YOU DOWNGRADED. No matter how you pay these platforms to remove negative reviews. It will not sustain. People can get better service, better customer support at less than half price! One liner - MOVE AWAY FROM VISAFOTO! CUSTOMER SERVICE SUCKS! IT IS A SCAM!

If you are in an urgency and if you need to upload the image for immigration. Please don’t choose this service. The reason I’m saying is because if you need any changes in the photo and if you are trying to get in touch with support team the number on the website don’t work and even if you contact support team they are not gonna respond for 2 days. Came to use the Fotomatic machine at Ekamai branch. Machine are my money. Tried calling the support number, it’s one of those numbers that hangs up as soon as it rings. This is a complete scam! Never use their scam machine!

Я обратился в это агенство и заказал фото на грин карту, они сделали отвратное фото хотя я всё и оплатил это фото не могло выйграть ( почему я в этом уверен скажу сразу это фото не прошло на проверку не на одном ресурсе и самого ККС, затем я уже играл год назад и выйграл грин карту, спросите почему я подался снова?, я играю пока не окажусь на территории США), и потом я требовал от них его переделать ини просто тянули время, я пошёл и всё переделал в нормальной студии, никогда не связывайтесь с жти мошенниками, а деньгами они пусть полавяться я это знаю

i can't give any star right now.I have just uploded the received image but it is not working.Let see what they will do to solve my issue. 25/07/2021 They sent me some other modified images for upload but still same issue, rejecting.then company said in email "it is Nadra issue thier web portal have some problem and bala bala bala". 29/07/2021 I went to pakistan embassy (local).their was Nadra's counter. Within couple of minuts they Uploaded my photo and i came back home happily. I don't know this company is doing what ???😏😏🤔

a scam ! no customer service at all, phone tells you to write email, email no one answers! You can't go to staples (i called them) and get a stamp for proof, the don't do that, the only make own photos. what can you do with self printed photos no one takes ? Nothing

Please do not use this company for your online summit for upload photo, it won't work. Thank you for Tatiana really make out the effort, give me few photos that to try out in the websites. But in the end it all can't work, then they blame the website, which i can get it done by those professional photoshop smoothly. And by one of their support- Pavel said that : "You paid 1 photo. Now you have a dozen options for your photos - quite acceptable for 1 payment." But it can't work, you give me dozen also no use, i just want to let the thing done, like i waste my few days to reply and test. i can spend this $7 for a experience! Update on 11 May 2021 I get the full refund from Visafoto after I write a command here! As one of his support said no refund in first place!
