I used their service and paid in order to get a photo accepted by the US lottery. It didn't happen because of the photo size and for that reason, I was declined to participate in the lottery. I email their support asking for a refund and someone named Paul started speaking like an angry customer. I've been working for multiple companies in customer service and I know what someone without experience like Paul looks like. I informed them again until I got a message from Paul that says: We don't learn someone English, everything was okay so you don't get a refund. I was like WHAT THE HECK? DUDE, you are being paid for a service that I didn't get right and because of that service, I lost my chance to take the lottery. Paul if you watching this, I want to say that I hope life won't bring us together because I will show you how someone without good English looks like.

Poor service no refund for low quality image - AVOID

I used the passport photo service. My photos were not accepted by the passport application office and the customer service agent (Paul) is now refusing to give me a refund despite the 100% money back guarantee on their website. He is claiming the passport agency scammed me, but if any scams happened here it was Vistaprint’s false advertising of their acceptance guarantee. Save yourself the hassle and pay the extra few dollars to get your photo taken at the application office. EDIT: The reply below says I was refunded which is supposedly true (although I’ll believe it when I see the refund at this point) but it took me 10+ emails back and forth with CS during which I was accused of lying and gaslighted multiple times by the CS agent before he finally agreed to begrudgingly process the refund. The part in visafotos reply about the image not being good enough quality is completely untrue. I was never contacted and informed of this nor did they ever offer to redo my photos because of this. The passport agency rejected the photos because the cropping and zoom didn’t meet standards, not because of anything to do with the photo quality. Sad to see them gaslighting me yet again in this review reply.

Don't use this website/service. Used it to improve my photo so it would be accepted for a UK passport but instead when uploaded for the application it was 'poor' and unacceptable. Emailed this company twice and I haven't received a response. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY...THEY ARE USELESS!

Verified photo was not suitable, they modified a second photo (no modifications other than sizing it seems) and just told me you can use it if you want, no guarantees. By the way I checked the quality of their modified photo on the UK passport application itself and it was rated poor. Waste of money.

BUYER BEWARE I should have read reviews before using this company. Their 100% money back guarantee is not true. I bought 4 photos and none of them passed the US government standards when I went to get our passports. I had to pay for new ones (at the government office) which cost an additional $15 each. I contacted visafoto who gave me a refund on 2 and not the others. I quoted their money back guarantee and they basically said it was my fault and would not return money on the other two. So basically, the money back guarantee is conditional. Buyer Beware….they are not as advertised. If you do not want any delays or don’t want to be out any money, GO SOMEWHERE ELSE. They will probably respond with some excuse but if you advertise 100% money back guarantee then you should stand by your promise!

Refuse to make good on their “money back guarantee” refund policy if your photo does not get accepted. Instead, they insist on using another photo through them and they’ll re-do it. I don’t have time for this, I went to a reputable dealer in-person instead and got it taken care of. However, they will keep my money it seems regardless of being unable to use what I paid for.

First of all their resized photo got rejected which I uploaded for my Canada PR card. They guarantee 100% money back incase if the photo gets rejected, but in real what they did was tried to make me look like a liar. I gave them screenshot of my rejection but they replied me that the photo I uploaded seems like a different one and wanted me to upload a picture which they sent me. Now why on Earth should I pay them and upload a different photo to mess with my PR card and since I uploaded this photo which I got from London Drugs initially and got rejected first time and then got this photo resized from their website and uploaded for the second time and got rejected again, I don't want to upload this same photo again. What kind of customer service are they providing?? I have provided them screenshot of both the rejection and I am waiting for what more insulting service am I going to receive from them in their reply Email and also what they do with the refund. I will surely post an update.
