VisafotoReviews of visafoto.com

Service was excellent! When I had difficulty with the photo being accepted on the website, customer service was very prompt and solved my problem! I highly recommend this service as visa / passport photos can be very difficult to format.

Visafoto was so helpful. Went out of their way in helping me edit my photo so it was ICAO compliant.

Having spent hours trying to get a photo to comply with ICAO as required by the Nigerian immigration Service, i could not make any headway and was getting frustrated. then i asked Claude who can do this for me. I was referred to Visafoto. Got to them, uploaded the photo and then it returned a better photo. Yet for some reason that still didn't comply. I contacted the support team immediately and they responded within 5mins. They asked for a new photo, which i sent and within 30mins, they returned with an updated one which was they first tested to make sure it complied before sending to me. Overall, i was simply impressed by their service. Weldon Marina

I was confused in applying a Pakistan visa for entry, since all my photos were rejected due to errors of undetected eyes and undetected face for several hours. Looking for any help with keywords "Pakistan visa eye detect", I found visafoto.com. They confirmed the errors and found a solution within an hour through mail exchanges. I appreciate their activity and immeasurable help.

I was genuinely impressed with the service. Although the first photo I paid for didn’t work and I initially thought I had lost my money, the support team reached out proactively and continued assisting me until my photo was successfully accepted for my Pakistan NICOP application. Their customer service and commitment to helping customers was excellent. Highly recommend their services.

I used it for my passport renewal, mine and my brother’s. We even had to pay like $34 to get it done at the nearest Walgreens (goodbye my money😭), but this PULLED THROUGH. I saw a post on Reddit recommending it, LIFESAVER!!! I’d give you a kiss, but let’s settle for a virtual one. I kept getting “this doesn’t follow ICAO photo standards!!” anytime I submitted my photo. Any longer and I’d probably be bald from pulling my hair out of frustration. Anyways, I saw a post recommending it and I said “why not”, plus, there’s even a refund if it doesn’t work out. I tried it and it worked. I feel so thankful, YOU DON’T UNDERSTAND!! Seriously, thank you for your work. I can stop feeling stressed about my passport renewal and not spend so much on getting it professionally done (love all you professional photographers tho :) Try it!! It won’t let you down, definitely saved me sm money, stress and time.

They were very helpful. I had used other apps before with no results and ended up wasting money, but I finally found Visafoto.com very useful. Communication was great throughout the whole process. Excellent service. I can highly recommend them. Simply the best — 5 stars!

Great fast service, customer representative was readily available to get my pic ready to use
