I uploaded a poor quality image and my visa was on hold ( totally my fault)!! Visafoto customer support ensured that they provided me the right information to be able to take a new picture and they helped me regenerate the photos again. Above and beyond customer service! Would recommend them without hesitation!

A fantastic service. The original photograph that I took was not really acceptable to the UK Passport Service. I explained the issue to Visafoto, they were most helpful, offered me useful tips on how to retake the photograph and the processed the resulting image free of charge, and extremely quickly and efficiently. I have no hesitation in recommending Visafoto. They do exactly what they say they will do, and do it in a most friendly and helpful way, a real 5 star service.
