Very quick and efficient service at a very fair price. I had to have my photo manually amended for US Government website and it was modified within 1 hour of my request and passed all checks.

I had passport photos taken at a professional company, however the photos were dreadful and would not have been accepted by the Australian authorities. I went online and found Visafoto. I was a bit dubious, but the photos I received back were a much better quality than the original photo studio. I did have a small issue as some of my hair had been automatically cropped in the photo, but after writing an e mail back to Visafoto, this was quickly corrected.

Not being very technically minded I used Vistafoto to obtain an accurate driving licence photo and needed further help to actually end up with a physical pic to send off. I was immediately assisted and recommend this service to anyone who is a little unsure about doing these things for themself.

My passport photo didn't pass the first time, so I sent an email to the customer service. They redid the photo and it still didn't pass (probably due to the original photo). They sent me detailed instructions about the photo requirements. I took another photo and emailed to them. They redid the photo for free and emailed back to me. It worked this time! They responded in less than 1 day. Great customer service!

I downloaded the picture to the site the way was requested. After I pay $ the amount they charge. I was not able to get in possession or to receive an email with my photos pictures. I send two emails to customer service. Paul was very nice and helpful getting back solves the issue. Something was wear in all this. I provided one email address and I receive the pictures in different email, In my Gmail what I do not provide to the site. Funny 🤣.
