I had an online photo rejected during a UK visa application. I got in touch with visafoto who emailed an edited copy of the photo which was again rejected (part of it maybe my fault) I replied to the email explaining the problem and ask for help. Paul who received and replied to my email was so professional in his prompt response and was able to help me. Won't hesitate to recommend visafot.com to family and friends. Thank you.

New Zealand immigration would not accept any of my photos, contacted Visafoto, responded within a few minutes, amended my photo and NZ immigration accepted the photo immediately. Excellent service for £7, don’t bother to try to submit your own, they rejected 20+ of mine.

Using an online service always raises concerns but these guys were great especially when UK Gov rejected my photo and it was immediately resolved
