Excellent service and support

The first attempt at getting the NZ visa foto to be approved did not work. Visafoto stuck with me and after many attempts we finally got a photo that worked. They assisted with lighting and positioning to successfully deal with NZ’s very specific requirements.

My first visa photo did not work because of some artifact on the facial area. Aida at Visafoto provided some insight and make it work. the responses have been very prompt and I highly recommend Visafoto if you have any visa photo needs

I had a great experience using vistafoto was having trouble with my passport photo and they was able to help adjusting my photo to the right size for my online application great customer service and very accurate and a great responsive team thank you I really appreciated the help with my photo!

So after getting passport photos done and then trying to submit 20 other photos for a government application, this is definitely a much easier and less frustrating process! Thank you Visafoto - should have come here first!

Good customer service

The whole process was very quick and easy. Plus the photo editing looked great. I accidentally paid for the process twice and upon contacting the customer service team, they immediately understood what had gone on and refunded me the money within 30 minutes. Cannot recommend companies like this enough when they have superb customer service. Sometimes it's worth more than the service imo. Wish more companies would be like this to be honest.
