Great service. Very quick to respond to my email for help with resizing. Problem resolved very effectively

I used this site for UK passport photos for two family members. Having uploaded my photos and made payment I had the photos back within minutes. The first photo was accepted as 'good' on the passport website site, the second photo they advised was 'poor' (my fault for the way the photo was taken). I contacted back to Visafoto and received a very prompt email reply with advice on how to take a better photo. I emailed another photo back and again received a prompt reply advising to upload another photo as this still did not meet the criteria. Again another prompt reply and this time a useable photo attached. I have used this website many times, always with quick turn around time. This was the first time I had submitted a photo which did not meet the passport.service.gov.uk criteria - I honestly can't praise the service I received highly enough. I would definitely recommend this service, they really know their stuff. Thank you especially to Paul who helped me.

I had to upload a PR photo, but I kept having problems. Eventually I asked for a refund and was going to the studio. But they supported me quickly and in many ways, and in the end I was able to do it successfully. This service is perfect in terms of quality, time and cost.

Visafoto.com provides an absolutely exceptional service. Easy to use, inexpensive, and best of all, fantastic customer service. My wife needed to renew her British passport from the United States online. The British government's online passport service is great overall, but they are extremely demanding when it comes to the photo. We tried several times to take a photo at home that met their standards. One rejection after another. Then we tried Visafoto. Visafoto improved our first submission to them, but it was also rejected by the UK passport service. We contacted Visafoto (they provide a customer service link), and they replied immediately with suggestions for improving our at-home photo. They asked us to send another one and told us they would process it at no charge. (We took this photo outside, in front of a sheet, for balanced lighting). This time the photo was accepted immediately by the UK passport service. Visafoto customer service was exceptional! Acquiring an accetable photo for a UK passport renewal from outside the UK can be extremely frustrating and time consuming. I highly recommend Visafoto to anyone about to attempt this.

I’ve used it 3 times: for my babies and me. After taking 50-100 pictures of baby - visafoto is like a hudge relief :) For a little money good and quick result (time saver also, don’t have to go to photographer). There was no problem with photos using the self-service portal for ID card and passport (Estonia).

Great experience! Was not satisfied with the initial photo (edited by the computer) and emailed them - they got back really promptly within the hour and helped me to edit out what I wasn't happy with. Explained that it was because my baby's face was slightly tilted and offered to edit another photo for free if I could take one with the baby looking straight. Really excellent service.

Excellent photo service. Photos provided immediately. And I had to request them for some changes couple of times, and they were supportive everytime. I was surprised by the quick service where each time photo requested was shared within minutes. Will surely use their services again.
