Hello. Sometimes, depending on the source photo, the result may indeed be unsatisfactory. However, Visafoto never distorts facial features and head oval: the program does not make any changes to these parameters. Besides, we always show the result before requesting payment, and if the result does not suit you, you can always upload another source picture. If you have already paid for an inappropriate photo, please email our tech support: [email protected]. We will replace the photo for free or refund %100 amount.

Good afternoon. According to your correspondence history, you checked the photo using U.S. Photo Tool, which does not always work correctly. You can read about its typical errors, for example, in this article: https://visafoto.com/usa-passport-photo-tool-problems We verified your photo through the official Department of State tool, and we notified you by sending the appropriate scan. The picture met all the technical parameters and could be approved for a passport without any problems.

Hello. Apparently, the copy center staff did not set the print settings correctly and changed our default settings. Because of this, the top two photos were actually printed in the wrong size. To correct the situation, we sent you detailed instructions on printing the file at A4 paper and setting up the printer. The photo processed on Visafoto passed all the checks on the State Department website and was ready to use. Very sorry that you were never able to use a photo that fully met the official requirements. However, in this case the error was not made by us, but by the employees of the printing service, for which we cannot be held responsible.

We have checked your case. According to te correspondence, you’ve encountered a technical error which sometimes happens on NADRA’s website. Periodically, the NADRA site refuses to accept any photos, regardless of their parameters, and the only way out in this situation is to wait and try again later. Several of our clients have encountered this error, and when uploading again after some time the photos were accepted. Anyway, we made a refund. Sorry for the misunderstanding and the inconvenience caused!
