I bought two visa photo services. One was ok the second was rejected by the visa app. I have approached the visa photo support, they instruct me how to make a better photo . The new one was delivered to them and returned to very quick free of charge.

I have rarely experienced such incredibly good service. I had a problem of my own making when ordering a photo for a US visa. After that I contacted the customer service and within minutes they got back to me. As a gesture of goodwill, the company replaced the incorrectly ordered photo. After that I had to contact the service again because I had a problem printing the photo. Again, help arrived within minutes. I am very impressed with this company and can only recommend it. The prices are very fair.
