My photo was never edited well and never worked on the US government website. Additionally, they agreed to repair it, via email I sent them a couple of photos and I never received a response. I don't recommend them

Hello. Kindly let us know your order number or email. We will check your case and provide a refund.

This site claims 100% money back guarantee. Not the case!! They will keep pushing new images instead of refunding your money.

Hello. Based on our correspondence, it appears you've encountered a common error that occasionally happens on the NADRA portal due to technical issues beyond our control. Our support has edited the photo and ensured that it fully complies, as confirmed by the screenshot from the official NADRA website that we provided to you. Please attempt to upload the photo once more and inform us if the issue persists.

They said, without providing any evidence, "In the photo, minors under the age of six are not required to keep a natural facial expression for a DV application!" but not true! The official website (photo examples web page) of the USA says, "Photo tip: The child's facial expression must be neutral." in the children section under one of the photo examples. Maybe you should stop confusing applicants!

Hello! Thank you for pointing out the inaccuracy. We will update the instructions on the website and check all details again. We apologize for any inconvenience caused! P.S. Just a minor tweak: "The child's face must be neutral" comment on the official website is compared to the anti-example, where the child has an exaggerated facial expression. However, U.S. passport photo standards (the same as for DV Lottery) allow a small child to have, for example, an open mouth or eyes half-open. In any case, we'll correct the thesis in the article to avoid confusion.

Hello! Based on the correspondence history, it seems you've encountered a common issue with the official Photo Tool, where it displays a red icon even when the photo is the correct size and doesn't require any adjustments. Many users mistakenly interpret this icon as an error, but that's not the case. We've provided a detailed explanation of this issue in our article: https://visafoto.com/usa/us-photo-tool-your-photo-does-not-need-cropping. . Upon our verification, your photo processed with Visafoto was of the correct size and didn't require any replacement.

Don’t waste your money and time, especially if you need a photo for the US green card lottery. They cut my hair, changed the shape of my ears, added a shadow around my neck. When I asked for a fixture or refund, they tried to convince me that the photo will be accepted and that I don’t need white or off white background. I’m not going to post my photos for security reasons, but if the proof of my statement is needed, I’ll be more than happy to provide it.

Hello. Both versions of photo provided by our service are fully compliant with all the requirements of the US State Department, and in particular accepted by the visa software. The same software that checks the US visa photo also checks the photo for the DV lottery. And, therefore, your photo will be accepted. We guarantee that the photo meets all the requirements. Moreover, our support staff made you a second photo for free, please check your mailbox. We are very sorry that you were unsatisfied with the result, but in this case we cannot agree with your quality claims.

I paid for my photo over an hour ago. Have not received it in the email. The phone number says to email customer support. Did that too. NO response at all. Paid for nothing. I think is a scam and the reviews may not be genuine. Super disappointed.

I do not recommend! I paid the service, but foto was not accepted by the state department. Customer support answered it was my fault and that I can send them another foto for correction. After that they just stopped to answer. I spent money for nothing. Feel dissatisfied and disappointed.
