I had a fantastic experience with Visafoto. They provided a high-quality passport photo extremely quickly, and their customer service truly went above and beyond. When I ran into an issue with the German honorary consulate in preparation for an appointment, rejecting a smiling photo (even though it had been approved by other standards), Visafoto promptly redid the photo at no extra charge. Their communication was fast, clear, and very helpful during the whole process. I really appreciated their professionalism and willingness to help resolve the issue without hesitation. I highly recommend them if you need passport or visa photos done right the first time—and with real support if things do not go as planned.

Photo wasn't accepted as the correct format at first, but then I emailed them reporting the error and they immediately responded with a corrected version.

I had a visa photo taken professionally but Pakvisa wouldn't accept it. Visafoto tinkered with it and it still didn't work but was quick to respond on this news and replaced it immediately with another version that worked perfectly.

The team communicated quickly and continued to assist until the issue was resolved.

Initially the photo didn’t get accept by the NADRA website, I emailed the support team. The reply came back within few hours with the correct image that got accepted. It was Sunday and they replied and sorted the issue within few hours. Great experience!
