Customer service sucks! You can only email them! And its been 2 days and I still haven't gotten a response back to fix the problem I am having to use the service. I've already paid for the plan but the site is not acknowledging that! Its keep asking me to pay again! If They don't respond back the end of the day I will be getting a refund!
UPDATE: 11-7-2024 They finally email me back on the same day I wrote this review and the Representative Maya help me diligently to work out the program with my account within 2hours! Needless to say I was very happy once I got help. The service is easy to use and so I will give it 4 stars 🌟🌟🌟🌟 for that!

I like that feeling of being in control of the product. I have used other virtual staging services and changes are a pita; I have to request for them to make the changes. This is so much more economical and usable.

Pricing was not clear.
I'm torn with my review. I loved the experience and the staged photos came out awesome! I thought I was getting 6 photos for $20 and the next thing I knew, over $300 was charged to my credit card!! I freaked! I did connect with the company and they pretty quickly refunded about $240. I only used 5 photos and got charged $60. Still cheaper than actual staging but pricing is a problem.

To clarify, we offer both monthly and annual plans, with transparent cost details shown throughout the checkout process. For those interested in upfront savings, our annual plans come with a 40% discount, though we understand an annual plan might not fit everyone’s needs.
In your case, you initially selected the Basic Yearly Plan at $192, along with the Image Editing upgrade at $108. When you reached out, we promptly adjusted your account to the corresponding monthly plans, issuing refunds of $167 for the staging plan and $92 for image editing. Your final costs totaled $41, covering $25 for staging (six images) and $16 for image editing (20 images).
