The software is quite IMPRESSIVE! It's SPECTACULAR in fact! As a REALTOR, having homes show at their highest and best is imperative. Especially in a digital landscape, working within an ecosystem that's ever evolving and changing the way consumers engage real estate overall. This software enables me to highlight a home's future POTENTIONAL with modernized furnishings and stylish finishes. Also, working in a historic region in an industry where the majority of transactions are resales of pre-existing structures, this tool is very helpful as it assists homebuyers in seeing a home's potential, that they may not have been able to visualize for themself based off a homes current dated condition. This tool helps automatically override those objections. I will ALWAYS use this tool on vacant listings I'm selling as I feel this tool helps procure buyer interest. Also, my seller clients are always very PLEASED with how their home is being shown to the public. It's a win Win WIN for everyone!

Easy to use the staging makes a difference. I had over 50 parties through and received multiple offers. There was a 1/2 wall in the kitchen and you staged it without the wall. I got a lot of compliments from potential buyers that it gave them a good idea of how to decorate.

This is the best program I have used so far for virtual staging. There is still room for improvement on little things (like putting curtains on one window nut not the other) and in most of the generated photos there are issues with the carpet and rugs that I was able to fix in Photoshop. All in all, very good program and I don't regret purchasing it. I will certainly use it in the future.

Very user friendly! And the imaging looks very natural. I was impressed with everything they have to offer. Highly recommended for real estate agents and teams.

I would love the option to select furniture pieces to remove from the chosen virtual pieces in the staging photo. Sometimes it's just a misplaced TV or an oddity like the flooring changed too much but everything else looks great. If we could just dictate a bit more like prompting the AI to do the exact same rendition in a different angled photo. Or to "remove the throw-rug, TV, or drawer etc..." Then it would be unstoppable. As AI is adaptable I'm sure these features will be accessible soon! Weeding out the wrong things takes a bit of time but the end result is more lifelike than any other virtual staging I've seen. Highly recommend as no house should be listed empty.
