Virtual Staging AI Making a Vacant Home Come to Life
After seeing the advertisement for Virtual Staging AI, I decided to give them a try. Besides, I had tried a few other VS apps and I was not pleased with them at all. But, I must say that Virtual Staging AI was different. Their app is easy to use. They make the process very simply to upload your pics and their processing time is complete within seconds of your download. The end result looks so amazing. This has really helped my business as it pertains to my listed and vacant homes. My clients were amazed at the results and are truly satisfied with the results, which makes me happy. So, if you haven't given them a try, you should.

Easy to use and I got many versions of…
Easy to use and I got many versions of furnishing to my photos.
I wish there had been possible to set the furniture to another angle or remove part of the suggestions.
I will use it again and hope that the program can develop.

The app is very easy to use, however, it you are looking for a more custom look you may not get this as of now.
The app is very easy to use and it gives you choices of the style you want the furniture to look like. I would prefer to have the opportunity to choose what the color scheme is. It would also be better if all of my photos had the same look and feel. If I could submit all of the rooms, it might do a better job coordinating the look and feel of the photos.

Not quite ready for the big leagues!
1. With rooms that have multiple picture angles, there is not a way to unify the same furniture.
2. For pictures that the AI was not able to successfully place furniture in. I was still charged credit for. Support was not willing to refund my credit.
You are better off hiring another company to take care of it.

To answer your concern: Our system currently doesn’t automatically unify furniture across images of the same room from different perspectives. Additionally, this functionality is not part of our current offering, and we strive to set realistic expectations by not advertising it as such. Highlighting the absence of this feature in a negative light feels a bit unwarranted, as it’s not something we’ve committed to providing at this time.
However, you can create unlimited variations and select those that best meet your needs. A feature to address this specific requirement is already in development and will be released soon. In the meantime, we appreciate your understanding and patience as we continue to enhance our service.
2. Credits and Refunds:
We have reviewed all correspondence and found NO record of you reaching out to us regarding credit charges or requesting a refund. Instead, it appears that you’ve brought this up here without contacting us first, which doesn’t seem like a fair or constructive approach.
We have a very liberal and transparent refund policy, which allows you to process refunds instantly via https://www.virtualstagingai.app/refunds. We pride ourselves on resolving customer concerns swiftly, and there has never been a case where we didn’t find a suitable solution for a customer.
Posting about refunds publicly without first discussing the matter with us feels less like an honest concern and more like an attempt to pressure us for a refund—despite the fact that you’ve fully used the product. My experience of their customer Service
My experience of their customers support is very positive. I asked for help and clarification and they solved my problem by going above and beyond what I expected. The quality of their staging is the best I've found and I've checked many of these "AI Virtual Staging" services. This is the one I use. They have improved the quality and features they provide over time, so as long as they keep up the good work, I'm not going anywhere.

Program is easy to use
Program is easy to use. I like the variety of options. I wish there were more room options and log furniture options. Also, the program put items/furniture in places that those items clearly did not belong. So, I wish there was a way to remove those items, and to move furniture/accessories around the room, and to add selected furnitures/wall hangings/plants/accessories to some of the Ai generated staged photos. Overall a good product that I will use again.
