Ordering was easy.

Very fast response to question, and very fast at getting the part out. Very polite. Top notch.

My VB1 has given me my freedom back! Arthritis made driving painful, but now I zip to the library, pharmacy, and meet friends for coffee. The basket holds everything. It feels safe and secure, and the electric assist is just right – I get exercise without overdoing it. Best purchase I've made in years

After comparing prices, the BZ1 offered the best bang for my buck. Good motor assist. Also bought their helmet and lock bundle – feels like a complete, secure package without breaking the bank. Battery life is decent for my grocery runs.

At 72, getting on a regular bike was a struggle. ViribusVB1 tricycle with the step-through frame? The low center of gravity makes me feel incredibly stable, even on uneven sidewalks.

I needed a new twist throttle for my e trike, Viribus had the part in stock and was very professional throughout the whole ordering and delivering process.

The bike has worked well with no problems other than assembly. The chain guard would not fit properly but I was able to bend it and then it was OK.

At the time I bought my e-bike (step-thru Breeze) it was almost 30 years the last time I rode a bike, at 65 years old the knees don’t work as good as a 30 yo so having the pedal assist got me out of the house an into the fresh air of Maine. My wife saw how much fun I was having so we got her a Viribus tricycle e-bike.
