I was so impressed with the speed of my orders arrival, after my final draft. The quality of the material was excellent and will add to the overall appearance of my product. Allen was wonderful to work with…beyond patient with all my questions. His biggest concern is to make sure you walk away with what you envisioned. Highly recommend Virgin Packaging.

Great customer service to ensure that you receive the product that you desired. Anna Rosa and her team worked meticulously to answer every detail to deliver what I had envisioned. Thank you for your responsiveness and patience, we now have an impressive custom display box to represent our branded product. Thank you.

I deleted my first review of 1 star to update. The order did finally arrive a week after it was promised. Find someone that produces these items within the US. These were shipping from Asia and came through Dubai to get here. Too far of a distance to travel and not have issues. Product arrived and was nice but this was far from a good experience.

Hi Jeff Akers - Thank you so much for liking the FINAL product. We are extremely sorry for the delay caused by FEDEX in Dubai. We hate not satisfying every client who contacts us. Please email us directly. We'll do everything possible to make your experience better. Kind Regards, Virgin Packaging USA

This is my first time purchasing custom products for my small candle business. The representative Anna was very helpful and fantastic and helped me along the process. I will be ordering more custom products for my business because I am overly happy with my products.

The salesman, Allen Smith, went to great lengths in taking all the information from us. He was precise in all aspects of the projects dimensions. At the end, Virgen Packaging delivered a beautiful box that was easy to put together and fitted our sizes perfectly. Thank you Allen.

Fantastic experience with Virgin Packaging. I was a bit anxious as I am a small business and it was my first time buying custom packaging but Allen was fantastic. Allen was very quick with responses, catered everything I needed and had great customer service. The packaging I received was beyond my expectations. Quality customer service, quality products. Excited for my future products with them.
