I am beyond thrilled with my experience with Virgin Packaging. I am a real small business and a real person writing this review! I was so nervous about ordering from a company I have never heard of, let alone in a different country. I worked with David, and every email response was so quick and polite. He told me I would receive the product boxes approx 2-3 week later. I couldn't believe it, as my previous box supplier was 6-9 MONTHS! Sure enough, the boxes arrived. There was a slight mix up with the file so the boxes weren't printed correctly. I contacted David and I was so nervous I wouldn't even hear from him again. BUT David contacted me and assured me the issue would be fixed. I thought "I'll believe it when I see it"... so when the parcel was sitting on my door step and the correct boxes arrived I was blown away. You absolutely have all my future business! I am so impressed with the quality and the level of customer service is above and beyond!!

Virgin Packaging's attention to our needs including quality and timeline was excellent. They were great at communicating with us throughout the whole process. Our clients love the Gift Card box and we will be back for more! Thank you Allen and team.

I recently ordered custom matchboxes for my upcoming wedding, a very specific design colour etc, and James at Virgin packaging was incredibly helpful and communicative throughout the entire process! The details, packaging, finishing, was all great quality and I am very pleased with my order. I would highly recommend to anyone, and will be using them again in the future

Some of the best customer service I have ever dealt with in the 36 years I have been in business. The communication is outstanding and the followup is stellar. The quality of product we have been receiving from Virgin Packaging is excellent. We hope to have a long-term relationship with this company. Their knowledge sets them apart from a lot of the other packaging companies.

They was suppose to send me a refund ,, they sent fake documents to me and said they sent it off .. I order boxes from them in Feb 25,2026 and it April 21,2026 still haven’t seen anything Like said before run the other way .. fast

The Quality of service and of product was excellent! And I was absolutely delighted with the timing of delivery, much sooner than expected! I highly recommend!
