I had a wonderful experience dealing with Virgin Packing. Ms. Anna Rosa took great professional care of all our requirements in a timely manner w/o missing a beat. The ordering process was seamless and w/o any issues. The quality of the gift bags and tissue paper were outstanding and elegant - top rated! We are extremely satisfied with the quality of their products and professional customer service.

As a business we have direct wholesale accounts with a few different gift packaging companies, but I was on the search for something exquisite for a luxury event. Virgin packaging did not disappoint! With Jason our rep we were able to create not one but 3 totally bespoke boxes and bags that elevated our gifting to the next level. Every step of the process was seamless and the support we were offered was top notch. We will be repeat clients!

The experience was smooth and they were easy to work with throughout the design process. They were competitive price quoting to other packaging companies. Shipping did take the full quoted time length and once the product arrived, it was just as expected.

David was wonderful with our first couple orders. They are very thorough in communication and design details. Most of all, the products produced specifically with Gold Foil printing turned out absolutely stunning! Highly recommend their partnership in your packaging needs.

It was a pleasure working with Richard again on a work project. He is reponsive, attentive and quick to respond. I appreciate his explaining everything in detail. Items arrived on time. The shirt boxes with the UV spot are classy and elegant. Good quality for the price.

I am beyond thrilled with my experience with Virgin Packaging. I am a real small business and a real person writing this review! I was so nervous about ordering from a company I have never heard of, let alone in a different country. I worked with David, and every email response was so quick and polite. He told me I would receive the product boxes approx 2-3 week later. I couldn't believe it, as my previous box supplier was 6-9 MONTHS! Sure enough, the boxes arrived. There was a slight mix up with the file so the boxes weren't printed correctly. I contacted David and I was so nervous I wouldn't even hear from him again. BUT David contacted me and assured me the issue would be fixed. I thought "I'll believe it when I see it"... so when the parcel was sitting on my door step and the correct boxes arrived I was blown away. You absolutely have all my future business! I am so impressed with the quality and the level of customer service is above and beyond!!
