Super cool led strip lights, more than what i was expecting. Bright and good quality. I want to order other products from them too.

Took forever to ship, customer service is awful. First they said they lost my package and they were sending a new one, took them more than a week to get that organized. From my initial order to the date I received the package, it took one month and 2 weeks. When I got the package, it didn't even have batteries included. When I got my OWN batteries, which I should include amazon LEDs include, I found out the blue tones don't even work on my lights. The owner left me on read and didn't even bother replying to my inquiry regarding the broken product. Just buy it on amazon.

I like these lights because they come with a long strip for a great price. These lights are so much worth the price for how smart they are to give the axes to control them with your phone or to be a Bluetooth device.

First of all, the package and all the things that come with it. It is perfectly packed and all items are perfectly safe. I’m addition to the product, we receive a set of cards with proper instructions, how to install it, how to use it. I am truly amazed with the level of care they put into my order, and I feel 100% satisfied in buying with you. The product is of high quality, so the price is definitely worth it. I’ve never been more satisfied with a purchase in my life (and I’m no exaggerating). Nowadays it’s difficult to find this level of care and attention to the client + products of the best possible quality. THANK YOU. Now my room looks more beautiful than ever.

A very colourful way to give some life to your rooms, over all a really great product! Easy to install and relaxing to watch.

I was worried at first so I only purchased one for my brother. It came and it looked just as powerful and pretty as the advertisement. I’m going to get one for myself too!

Thank you so much for your remedy to my original malfunctioning sky bright... you never know what a customer service agent is going through on their personal life when they open your email...you never know how helpful people can actually be until you explain the situation to them and they do the unexpected...I had explained in my initial email how the sky bright I brought had helped bring my anxiety levels down and not having it was making them peak again...your customer service agent, Shelly-Ann, is a true asset to your company and should be rewarded for her level of excellence in customer service. She went above and beyond to understand my situation and after I sent a few video clips of what was wrong with my original Sky bright light, she had already put in the replacement order to be sent to me before I was able to say thank you!

Asked for a refund months ago after waiting over a month to get the lights, getting a US plug LED power adaptor thing instead of EU (Lithuania), having to go out and buy a socket adaptor, finding out that the whole LED adaptor doesn’t even work. Wrote a request asking for a refund on their own contact us page, attached a video even showcasing the issues. Never heard back. Don’t buy.
