Vets are okay. Always treated my animals well. I’ve only ever brought in cats, so I can’t say how my dogs would react. However, they prioritize when you sign up online versus when you actually check in. HOW does that make sense? No reason I should have to wait more than an hour upon arrival because someone signed up online ahead of me.

Went to the CAL Ranch location in Layton. It was not the best experience I've ever had with a vet. We were 6th on the wait list, and they were just standing around while we were waiting. There were no other animals being checked in. They didn't hold my dog tight enough and she flinched hard and is sore. I would not consider this as an affordable option for vaccinations. I will go to a drop-in clinic that's cheaper in the future. Other drop in clinics charge $35 for rabies, and this was $100.

I recently found out about this low cost vet clinic that my local tractor supply offers so I decided to take my kitten there. It is definitely a very stressful experience for both the owners and the pets, especially cats. My greatest concern was lack of privacy and safety measures, as the entire session takes place in the middle of an isle where the public has immediate access to your pet receiving care. The biggest issue I had was less to do with the clinic itself but the patients at the clinic, particularly the dog owners. There are many extremely large dogs in extremely close proximity with cats. On every visit there were multiple incidents where dogs would get loose from their owners and approach or lunge at others pets. It’s very disorganized and stressful but compared to a standard vet it is somewhat more affordable. I guess that is the trade off.

I went to vet pet for rabies shots and nail trim I thought they were a clinic and would be reasonable prices they charged me $20 for each dog to get a nail trim they hardly took anyting off their nails I believe $20 is more than a regular store charges for nail trim I was shocked to get my $40 bill for nail trim
