We preregistered for a pet clinic at tractor supply. We drive 30 minutes. Then we waited and waited and waited. When there was only 15 mins left in the clinic timeframe, my husband went in to make sure we would get in. The lady was rude, and said they had preregistered 28 pets and had only seen 4. Then they texted everyone and told them to just bring their pets in and stand in line. That was a stupid idea. That many dogs all together trying to stand in line was not smart. We ended up leaving and not getting any of the services we needed.

The nose nor mouth landed for my frenchie, lt was all over the place, not in my pups nose or mouth, we are not talking a dirzzle. The vet just ignored it and wiped her hand on herself, I said it got on you not the dog. It was not worth the long line for savings, I was suppose to be sent home with wormer. they handed me a handout which I thought was the wormer. didnt get anything. NOT going back. It was obvious to me the vet was not very experienced and didnt care enough to make sure my dog what she came for.

If I could give them 0 stars I would! Do not waste your time with this 2nd rate veterinary service! I waited 2 hours last Saturday for my dog to get a rabies vaccine, only to be told when it was finally my turn that I should have brought his previous rabies vaccine certificate from 1 year ago. Oh, don't worry, says the vet tech AND DR KAREN CENSOPRANO....we will give the 1 year shot and then you can call our customer service number and they can arrange to have your previous rabies certificate emailed over and then they will change your new rabies certificate to a 3 years rabies. So after calling all day yesterday and today, they left me on hold for over 1 hour!! Finally someone answered the phone today and told me they would not accept my previous certificate because it expired by 3 days!!!!!!!! Now my poor dog has to have ANOTHER rabies shot in 1 year again to comply with the law!!! So DR CENSOPRANO isn't very informative since she didn't tell me that this organization won't accept a rabies certificate that is expired by 3 days. Instead she went ahead and shot my dog with his rabies vaccine on 5/31/25 at Tractor Supply in Canal Fulton, Ohio. This is malpractice!!! I could have gone to my private vet here in town and got his 3 year rabies vaccine with no problem, even though it was 3 days late. I SHOULD HAVE BEEN TOLD THIS BEFORE THEY GAVE THE 1 YEAR SHOT TO MY DOG, that they wouldn't accept my dog's certificate of 5/28/24!!!!!!! Now I can't reach DR KAREN CENSOPRANO since she obviously does not have a veterinary practice and no working phone number. I hope these vets are proud of themselves working for a low class mal practice such as this!!!!!!!!!! If you think you are saving money, think twice. Your time is worth something AND don't put your dog at risk with this organization!! Oh, by the way....they customer service rep told me on the phone that their veterinarians are NOT AWARE OF THEIR POLICIES AND PROCEDURES!!! Imagine that....more malpractice. Unaware veterinarians of an organization that they work for....they aren't required to know their policies and procedures!! They can tell you anything or nothing at all and they don't have to account for it. Don't risk your pet's health to these 2nd class vets and their 2nd class company of traveling vets.

I have been a client of VIP Pet for more than 8 years . I was very happy with the care and recommended it to many people. I took my 2 dogs for vaccination and went to stand in line and was yelled at by the rude technician. She asked me if I had registered and I said no , so I was sent to another rude technician with attitude to register. The Wi-Fi was not working well in the store and she had difficulty to register. I returned in line and I was yelled at again to go and stand somewhere in the store Until I get a text. I saw 3 other customers waiting in the store very unhappy. They complained of the new registration system . 2 customers left after 10 minutes wait. It seemed that there was no one being called. I went to ask the rude technician (Amber) and she yelled again and said , don,t you hear me that you need to get a text before you come hear and stay away from the station. She also added that you will not be seen today and you will be seen as the last customer. Nobody was getting text but she was calling whoever she wanted. She made sure that I was the last customer of the day. I was seen at 2:30 and waited in that store from 1:10 PM. It was a hot day and the dogs were thirsty and there was no place to seat. I had never seen any customer service as terrible as new VIP pet care. I understand they have been acquired by PET IQ and the new system will destroy VIP PET. While the customers are supporting the company and paying $ 300-400 per visit , now the customers are also degraded and treated like children and trash.

HORRIBLE!!! These people may save you time in terms of vet appointments and shots but when it comes to the follow up Rx support they COULD NOT BE WORSE! They just refuse to respond to Rx approval requests or decline Rx orders without explanation. This week I had them tell me exactly how to resubmit yet another new order (after two prior cancelled due to failure to authorize) and they then again declined it. THE WORST!!!

I used to be a massive advocate for pet vet.(particularly Michelson Found Animals). I helped 2 dozen pets make their way back to their families bc the micro chip system was so easy to navigate in the last 6yrs. My entire life&work will have to change after 10yrs working together. The last 3weeks it seems the just lost (or wiped out) 8 yrs of micro chips dozens of animals in the wind? I call the customer service number and wait 12-20mins for no one to ever even come to the phone. It's not the vets or techs in a clinic, problem is the core of the support system and micro chip issues along with info in the data base. I have screen shots of phone call after phone call on hold for long extended periods and no one ever even acknowledging and helping.

I have been taking my dogs to Tractor Supply in New Braunfels for their yearly shots for 3 years. The new system of scanning your code and registering on your phone while trying to watch your dogs and keep them in line is terrible and very STRESSFUL. I registered at home first for my the third visit to save the hassle. The message coming back is thanks for registering online. It does NOIT say you are now in line for the shot clinic at New Braunfels and we will be sending you a text when you are next in line. That would be great communication! However, NO information like this....only thanks for registering...is that for just being online at their site?? When at the store no one (customers for shots) have ANY IDEA as to where they are in the line, thus people leave as there is no communication thru out the "evening" other than the one that tells you are next. People in general are very unhappy with this....all standing around wondering what is happening and where they are in line. They are not "shopping" as one had planned because there is no communication as to where they are at OR if they are still even in the line up?? If people miss the "scan" sign when they walk in, then they stand in line like the Nice Old Days....waiting their turn and they will never be called for shots. There was nothing wrong with just standing in line behind the person and starting up conversations with people in line like it was before. What do people do who can't manage filling in a tiny app on a phone (if they use one in this way) and want to get their dog it' shots. How about just having people take a number at the door, if you need us to be shopping at Tractor Supply so badly? I need to figure out something easier than the guessing game your new inefficient system has created. It is a failure and not pet and human friendly. Sorry you changed your easy and simple system to something so complicated. I need to go somewhere without all the STRESS to get my dog's vaccinated for at least a 100.00 dollar bill. Your system creates a lot of consumer STRESS and not a pleasant experience!

I went to VIP Pet Care in San Leandro, California Mikes feed and Pet on 4/27 at about 2:00 pm on for two vaccines for two of my kittens. Number one, they don’t want you to park in Mikes Feed and Pet parking lot; they want you to park at city hall, which is a huge inconvenience. We were greeted by a young female vet tech who took down our information; she was nice. We approached the female vet and other male vet tech who would be vaccinating our cats. They just stared at us. No hello, no explanation about what they would be doing to our cats. They just said; “we’re gonna take them to a separate room,” and proceeded to take our cats to some back room. I found it odd that we couldn’t be there while they were getting vaccinated. We’ve vaccinated other cats and have always been able to be in the room with them since they’re already under a lot of stress of being in a new environment. After waiting about 5 - 10 minutes, the male vet tech comes out looking annoyed and simply says “we can’t see your cats ok” … after a long pause I say “why?” “They’re moving around too much and trying to scratch us.” Like if we purposely took two wild cats for them to intentionally hurt the staff. Obviously the cats are gonna be hard to handle if they’re already anxious. Why couldn’t we be in the room with them? We didn’t even see what kind of treatment they received from the vet and vet tech that took them to the back room. Our cats have never been aggressive. When we got home and let them out of their cage, they ran out and hid under the house. My main complaints are we couldn’t be in the room to see what they were doing to them and the lack of customer service from both the vet and vet tech. When the vet tech told us they couldn’t see them, he offered no alternative or solution. Just simply, “we can’t see them.” This was a huge waste of time for nothing.
