Brought my dog to a clinic, had a heartworm test completed and ordered a year supply of heartworm pills. They required us to pay upfront, however, they denied the prescription stating my pet had not been seen. I’ve waited for well over on hour trying to correct the issue but no one ever answers. DO NOT pay up front for any medication as you will not receive it and there is no recourse because no one answers their customer service line. I’ve been a happy client up until recently - will find another clinic after this.

The new system of registration is sorely lacking. The clinic doesn’t clear the queue and people were allowed much longer than the five minute grace period they claim. It’s not the workers’ fault but they are also understaffed. I guess you get what you pay for.

Nobody answers either of the two customer service numbers that I have for them. I have called several different times of the day, including 9 am EST. No matter when I call, I have held for up to 30 minutes and no one picks up the phone! I just have simple questions, the answers to which I do not see on their website, like the prices for a 3 year rabies vaccine, 12 pack of Heartguard Plus, etc. After these lousy customer "service" phone experiences, I Googled "Reviews on VIP Petcare" and see all the 1 Star reviews from dissatisfied clients all around the USA. This company must be on the verge of going out of business.....

This company is a total scam they closed their call center while continue to charge for dog fecal test on to their packages . My dog has a parasite and I have been trying to contact them for three consecutive days straight but no one answers the phone .

First in line. Pre checked in. Vet strolled in 10 minutes late. Took them another 12 minutes to actually see me. Vet charges $28 for nasal bordetella. They charged $49. They took my dogs behind closed doors without me. That is not acceptable. All in all, a bad experience. Dog weighed 17.1 and he put down 18. Really? It DOES make a difference in meds. Pet Supplies Plus should cancel association with this group.

I WISH I COULD GIVE THEM A NEGATIVE 10,000,000. THEY ARE THE WORST!!!!!!!!! THEY ADVERTISE FALSELY ON THEIR WEBSITE FOR PRICING--IT IS HIGHER WHEN YOU ACTUALLY GET THERE. THE TECHS ARE RUDE! THEN THEY DOUBLE-CHARGE YOU!!! THE DUMB-ASS TECH RANG MY CARD AND SAID IT DIDN'T GO THROUGH AND HAD TO RUN IT AGAIN !!! HE SAID HE WAS ABSOLUTELY CERTAIN IT DIDN'T GO THROUGH THE FIRST TIME AND I WOULD ONLY BE CHARGED ONCE. I CHECKED MY BANK ACCOUNT THREE DAYS LATER AND THEY CHARGED ME $202 TWICE!!!!!!! THIS HASN'T BEEN CORRECTED AND NOBODY HAS CONTACTED ME ABOUT THIS TO LET ME KNOW!!!!!!!!! I TRY TO CALL THEM AND CAN'T EVEN GET THROUGH BECAUSE "EVERYONE IS IN TRAINING." THEY ARE THE ABSOLUTE WORST AND DO NOT USE THEM! THEY ARE CROOKS AND LIARS AND IDIOTS!!!!!!!

DON’T USE THEM. I was not able to give them less than a Star. What a joke with these people. Papers in hand from people in front of us that show their dog and cats have had vaccines but just need booster and they refused the paperwork. We go to them once a year and they couldn’t locate our records and when we showed them the records they say in valid and need to come back in 6 weeks for boosters. What a scamming company. DON’T USE THEM.

A ZERO review! I purposely got to Tractor Supply on Schillinger Rd, Mobile AL. 30 minutes early. They declined my suggestion to sign people in. Was told have to wait until 1:00, which was the time for service. A couple of minutes before 1:00, a barrage of people with pets rushed to get in line. I would have to go to back of line. I left. Will go elsewhere.
