Brand new??!!
I ordered a "brand new" 2017 ipad from them recently. When I received it, it had someone elses information in it! Had their calendar, their phone list, their pictures- everything!! It wasn't worth the time/effort to try to return it so I just reset it. Now I have a USED 2017 ipad for about the same price I would have paid anywhere else... or maybe a little more. So I'd be careful buying AND selling anything to this company... 12/06/2019 Update: Someone from VIP outlet did reach out to me & offer a discount, but that in no way made up for the fact that they are selling used product as new. If they HAD reset this ipad before I got it, I would not have known it was used. And if I had been a different sort of person, I could have caused a lot of harm to the person who had their information on the ipad. I still would NOT recommend. And if you do sell anything to them, be sure to reset it yourself first.
