VIP OutletReviews of vipoutlet.com

I do not recommend it, they do not give guarantee this is a lie, this page is not to be trusted, they call you and then they tell you to send an email for the claim and they say that you buy a different grade and they do not show you a proof and you send them the proof of purchase invoice receipt and they do not respect it are liars I do not recommend do not buy

Terrible customer service. Reps don't seem to know anything!! Hope you me Dr have to return anything because they will screw it up for sure!!

Purchased a refurbished bluray player through Ebay and there was an order confirmation after I paid followed by a Fedex shipment number. That's it and no progress from there for over a week and it was struck at shipping label created state. VIP outlet initially mentioned they dispatched it to Fedex and it might be delayed at Fedex, so I reached out to Fedex and they said the unit never came to their possession. After reaching out again and escalating through ebay they said the unit must have been lost in transit and told me I will be refunded in full although I insisted that I wanted the product not refund. Then I got a refund without the tax amount and I again raised Paypal claim. Awful experience and hassle with product not being sent. While I looked into Slickdeals forum from where I ordered I saw lots of people having same problem and stories.

They took my money, never shipped the item, and did not bother to tell me that they cancelled the order. I had to waste a lot of time and still haven't received my money back.

Here we go again .... I am the one that bought the Visio TV. After the fiasco of being sent with no legs (which Sergio at VIPOutlet did take care of) I now have a tv that is messed up. It has not been a month and already the image is getting bigger and bigger on the tv. There is no way to adjust it. It is like an ever expanding picture that people are getting chopped off and the text is chopped off. This is a bunch of BS. I have sent an email to them, but based on the way this whole experience has gone, I am afraid I just wasted my money with this place. DO NOT ORDER FROM THESE PEOPLE! It is a crap shoot at best! UPDATE: I appreciate the refund. However, this was a mess from start to finish, And, I do not have any trust in VIPOutlet for the future. And, for anyone that is even thinking of ordering from you they take a substantial risk. Sorry, but it would take a miracle for me to trust this company ever again.

Claimed FEDEX lost the tv when FEDEX never even picked it up, now I have to wait 2-7 day for refund!Refused to ship me another TV so I don't think they ever had one to sell! 55'' Class (2160) 4K UHD LED Smart TV (UN55RU7300FXZA). I would never ever recommend them to anyone.

I ordered an S9+ and received an S9, so far the support has been less than ideal. I finally was able to get in contact with a human who says that I will be sent a replacement once my return comes in but my trust level is pretty low, I'll update this review when the process is complete but for now I'm completely disappointed :( Update: as expected I was contacted and told that the exchange is not guaranteed, they want me to spend a week shipping the product I received back and if they can find one in their warehouse at that point they would ship me a replacement. Issue is I can see on their website that they have the correct model available for sale, I don't know why they can't reserve that model for me to make their mistake right. This seems like a clear attempt to scam users out of money by supplying a cheaper phone and bullying consumers into accepting their mistake. Despite what is claimed below no one has attempted to contact me and the numerous times I reached out to their support I was told my options were to return the phone and repurchase at a higher price or keep the phone and accept their mistake.

Supposed to get my package on December 5th and still waiting they don't answer there phone or email back never again
