I am sending a update on my previous review for VIPOUTLET after over nine days and not being informed through FEDX (their shipper) I wrote a bad review, I should have waited to get all the facts so I would have known it was not VIPOUTLET , it was FEDX, I am giving them a GREAT on my review. today. (RefurbProduct) Shipped and received in time promised. Product was exactly as described and in perfect working order. Will change to five stars after more business with this company. The many negative reviews still have me weary,but will use VIP again 8n future.

My overall experience was good they had great customer service when I had received a faulty item and made it right for me!

I received a Samsung Galaxy S10 in very good condition and at a good price but the IMEI number was on a Verizon block list so I couldn't use it. After submitting this as a 1-star review, VIP Outlet got back to me. They 1) apologized for the problems with my order, 2) promised to look into the root cause of the problem - why a phone that could not be used was sent to me, 3) provided a discount on my account for future orders and 4) promised to work with the person I had a chat with at VIP Outlet to make the chat experience better. Note - I had already sent the phone back for a refund - that was processed. I don't think I could ask for a better response. I bumped up my rating from a 1-star to a 4-star.

This is my first order with VIP outlet. I had to prove it was me with extra information, which made me a bit nervous, but after that the order was delivered quickly. Unboxed and set up, looks like new. Have yet to start using it.

I got a good deal on a good quality (Grade A) Fitbit charge 3 special edition plus they gave me 10% off on my first purchase. The customer service was very prompt and accommodating when I realized I messed up the address, and although they couldn't change it for safety reasons, they cancelled my order promptly so I could reorder it. After I reordered it, they did send me an email saying that the product didn't reach the quality assurance standards and that they cancelled the order, which was a little concerning and the only reason they didn't get five stars. However, they did send me the Fitbit, and its in very good quality. I highly recommend VIP Outlet to anyone looking for reasonable price on electronics.
