We have no information as to why your phone would be reported as stolen months after your purchase. Your cellular provider would be able to provide more information regarding that. I sent you a direct message with confirmation of refund for your order with Walmart. If you have not received your refund it is because Walmart has not issued the refund back to you. We have already taken care of everything on our end. I would suggest contacting Walmart at (800) 925-6278. Hello Gary, Thank you for taking my call today. I'm glad I was able to speak with you. It is very strange that the game was able to be installed but is not working on your computer. Especially since you told me the computer meets the minimum system requirements for use.
