This is the SORRIEST company to ever order from, they never provided me with my order just kept giving me the run around on it they are full of apologies but I think that is their practice to be able to rip you off. I am going to contact the Better Business Bureau and report this company to I screenshotted all of my communications with them so i can have proof of there practice of business.

Buyer beware! This is not the same VIPoutlet from Rogers Arkansas. They are now located in Florida, and they are acting like they are going out of business. They make no effort to refund the garbage they sell (they used to sell good quality used products). Now, they string the customer along saying the return will be processed on 2-7 days over and over again until your time to get a refund had run out. Then they lie in their responses here and at the BBB website. They used to have an “A” rating at the BBB. Now it’s almost an “F.” Read the reviews here, reselleratings, and the BBB. EDIT: VIPOutlet is still lying and trying to get out of paying the refund. VIPoutlet has refunded only 2 of the 3 items. Canon camera - Defective - $138.31 (refunded) Kodak camera - defective - $34.49 (refunded) LG 2.1 soundbar with subwoofer $99.99 (NOT REFUNDED) I have been back and forth emails and calls with them trying to get the refund for 99.99 plus tax but they keep saying they will refund it in 2-7 days, or recently they’ve been saying it was already refunded. Obviously it hasn’t been, it’s only the two cameras that were refunded. Edit 2: As is plainly evident, VIPOutlet is not taking the situation seriously, and is openly mocking me by dragging random purchases from prior orders into the dumpster fire of a problem that they’ve created. Now, they laughably are requesting me to send to them items from disparate orders that have nothing to do with the order in question. Despite having numerous emails of them acknowledging their folly, they have turned to fire-bombing as a retaliatory method - ostensibly for me reporting them to the BBB. It’s a sad state of affairs, and their behavior of late begs the question - is Putin the new owner of VIPOutlet? Because fake news doesn’t hold a candle to the fake sincerity and fake refunds that Vipoutlet represents with their fake products. Edit: so I finally got refunded because it was a purchase through Amazon buyer A to Z protection. And not only did I get the soundbar refunded, but Amazon refunded me the entire purchase price for having to go through all that. On a side note, I have since made large purchases through vip outlet on eBay (couple iPhones) and those purchases went fine. Ebays buyer protection is rock solid, I’d advise going that route over vip outlets website. But Amazon was awesome for handling that.

This place is an absolute joke paid for extra shipping on a tablet i got from them disnt get here on time refused too give me my money back for shipping and then i get the product to find out it is a piece of crap camera so blurry i cant even see yourself touch buttons are screwed up color sucks pathetic i want my refund

Bought a central vacuum. Then was told By vip that fedex lost it even though fedex never picked up the item. This vip outlet lies and takes your money then refunds it 10 days later. Unbelievable. Do not buy from them. Cannot believe they exist on the Walmart market place. No wonder these guys will be crushed by amazon!! Update: after 8 emails and 2 conversations with customer service at vip the order was only partially delivered today, missing all the attachments and hoses worth about half of the order value. Customer service says they are unable to fill the order completely and my only option is to send the box back and get a refund in 7-10 business days. That means they have held onto my money for a month and I have never received what I bought. How completely incompetent. Avoid buying from these guys!!! The deal is too good to be true!!!! Update: there is nothing good with this company. Their emails just say return the item for refund. This is after almost a month of me trying to get the order completed.

I ordered a Golf perfect putter mat. What was delivered was three unmarked golf balls, no perfect Putter Mat. What do call a company that doesn’t send you what they advertised and didn’t send you what you purchased? Buyer Beware!!!

I placed an order and it said it was out of stock. I went to walmart online and purchased the item I needed. I got a text alert on a charge from VIP Outlet. I called them an hour after my purchase and was on the phone for over an hour as they could not find my order and needed help from the back office. After they found my order, I requested they cancel it. I was told it would be cancelled. I called couple of hours later just to confirm they cancelled my order. Again, on the phone for an hour as I wanted to wait and make sure it was cancelled. Again, I was assured that it would be cancelled and I would get my money back within 48 hours. I received an email a day later that the order has been shipped. I called again and was told that they have no control over the system. What???? So being told twice the day before that my order would be cancelled was a lie????? Now I have to wait for who knows how long to get my money back. They told me they have sent request to intercept the package. We will see how long this takes. What makes it worst, the customer service reps I have talked to need to work somewhere else. Lack of accountability nor care of mistakes they made. I will never order from this website again.

I got a lol 14 pack , I was sold as new Truth the box was opened any collectable was replaced . The RIP OFF a 10 year old little girl. Do not buy from here they are not hone Well this has been going on for two weeks now. My grandchild had been saving befor crishmess. So I put 65.00 in with she had. We picked one off ebay, because my sister has done bizzness with you befor.so the box comes my grandfather was so happy. Then she notices two things 1 the toy we shipped coletcter itim and ship it it same box. No it was not new used box had been open some things had been taken out and replaced with other stuff. So there this is a handy cap little girl. She is playing with what she go. How do I take that from her now After talking with her she though that 35.00 would be fair who some that sold a used toy to a 10year old kid and then stop talked to ebay no help becous it's just not right that I should have to take that toy away from her pack it up send it back wate another 3 or 4 weeks to get it back not right comp her the 35.00 she asked for.
