I love shopping with Vipoutlet. The service team was very friendly and professional, when I purchased a Broil King grill from your eBay store and had an issue with damage during shipping. I figured I saved over $1, 200.00 between a 65" LG 4K TV, 5 burner Broil King grill & 2 JBL LINK20 Bluetooth speakers. $1,200 in savings on great products, isn't good...it's crazy. So if you're asking if I'm happy with your service & better than great prices.. the yes, apsalutly. Keep up the good work. Ed

I originally had a poor experience with this company, but my goodness, the way they handled how I wasn’t satisfied with my order on eBay was terrific. I asked them to cancel my order and they went ahead and did it as well as letting me keep the item since it already shipped. I have never ever seen an online shop do that, it really shows they aren’t about the money but rather customer service. As a daughter of business owners, I can tell they really care. 10/10 in my book. I will be ordering from them again.

This was my first time ordering from this site, I had never heard of it before. I ordered real technique sponges that was dirt cheap, It was too good to be true, plus free shipping, what a deal! Lol so of course I quickly placed the order and after I placed the order I said to myself “let me check the reviews” i only saw BAD reviews and I’m thinking “oh boy what did I just do” lol to my surprised I had absolutely no issues. I ordered on a Friday, I got my item the following Tuesday. No issues and I will be ordering again.
