WARNING!!!! DO NOT order from this company. I ordered a sound bar and they shipped me a much cheaper sound bar with NO remote. Would not return my emails to support and I had to go through Walmart.com customer support to get my refund. Warning! Do not shop here!

Be careful and review your purchase price before placing order. I had an item in cart advertised for a certain price, while in checkout process and entering my shipping address the price refreshed and went up by almost $100. I called customer service and they told me they are continually updating prices and it can happen during checkout. Not a good way of conducting business. I certainly did not give them my business. They replied to this review to pretend they care, I have already previously emailed them the order information they requested with the previous pricing that they are no longer honoring. NOTE:They do not deny their business practice of changing prices during checkout.

I ordered a microwave weeks ago and they said it would be here tomorrow, May 19th. It seemed like a long time but with the virus, I figured that was the hold up. I looked today and my order still says processing. There is no way it will be here tomorrow. I have waited a long time just to be disappointed. It was ordered through Walmart. I ordered 3 other things at the same time. They all came weeks ago.

placed an order 3 days ago, order id 28142350. no detailed order email as they state on their site after you place the order and no shipping or tracking information. started their online chat and waited over an hour for their rep to reply before i gave up. BUT they charged my credit card immediately after i placed the order. in reply to VIP Outlet: Your website states "You will receive an email with your order details shortly", why did I not get this email? why did it take me coming here and complaining to get the tracking number from you? is it due to the pandemic as well? your emails regarding this information should be AUTOMATED like they are everywhere else. you better change that or you will see a lot of complaints here and lose much business. cheap pricing is not everything.

I saw a too good to be true price on VIP outlet and placed an order, and of course, it didn't ship but they charged my card anyway. When I checked in, they said the item had been out of stock when I made the order and they would refund my card. However, it was still listed on the site and the rep said that I could place another order and it should be good. And, of course, it never shipped. After two months of dithering they finally refunded my card again. In short, don't bother. I'm starting to wonder if their business model is hoping people forget that you placed an order so they can keep whatever you paid for the products they clearly don't have.

Have to leave at least one star so that's what they get. Promised Free 2 day delivery and when I got the tracking they had shipped it a day later than they said and it was sent FedEx Ground to be delivered 8 days after they were supposed to have shipped. This place is horrible. Don't do business with them. My order# was 4032085-164035. I was told Free 2 Day shipping and that's not what I got it has nothing to do with COVID-19. The order was sent ground from New York.

Their website is the worst i have seen. Couldnt get anything out of it and my oreder history list is empty.A mile long list of laptops ( in my case ) all OUT OF STOCK ( don't know why keep them listed !! ) Email messages returns an error sending . I received a couple of laptops at a very good price and they looked like new , i only give them that, otherwise they are more than terrible and deserve a MINUS 5 stars.

I bought a television from them that was refurbished that went out after 2 years which had a 90 day warranty they say was stated but I wasn’t aware of so I asked the retailer company who made the television what they could do cause basically VIP OUTLET gave me the run around about my television being out of warranty. I even asked could they send someone out to look at the television I got nothing so basically I’m assed out of $300 thinking I could trust a seller like them and it turns out that I can’t.
