I wanted to do something special for my siblings so I ordered 3 pairs of refurbished Airpods through Walmart and I WANT MY MONEY BACK! They were not only broken but they didn't even come in the box. It was a charging case wrapped in bubble wrap and thrown in a box. As well as the fact that they didn't work. I need a refund ASAP or I will involve my lawers.

After making an order for about $300 I was contacted by their "fraud department" to provide further proof of identity (CC pics and driver's license). After immediately sending that info they cancelled the order due to "fraud". Give me a break, I literally mail order over $1,000 a month (a lot of months way more) from various countries around the world (heck, I have 3 other orders from other companies on the way now). The only fraud that took place was by VIPOutlet. Update: Received another email now claiming they did not have the item in stock so cancelled the order. On the "Fraud" claim, I will just call bull on that. I mean I not only emailed you a photo of the purchasing credit card, I also emailed you a photo of my driver's license. Wow, your fraud prevention is very very secure! Luckily the drone I tried to order from you is on the way from a reputable business. By the way, I am opening a dispute with my credit card company as you have yet to refund my money even though you cancelled my order "Due to fraud". Guess you're worried the refund might go to the wrong person?

Bought a refurbished laptop without any network drivers installed. And pretty much an obsolete computer. Because without those drivers there is no internet or bluetooth access. Thanks to the genius who shipped it without inspecting the product first. Tried to fix it. Computer guy tried to fix. VIPOUTLET SOLD ME A LEMON OF A COMPUTER! DONT BUY REFURBISHED ELECTRONICS FROM THESE GUY'S!

The owners of this company should be in jail for mail fraud. Everyone that is having problems with this company. File charges with feds for postal fraud. Felony vip outlet ship to wrong address and I called and informed them. They did not care. Delivered to wrong address. And ebay and vip out told me it was delivered and closed. I eventually got my money back from vip outlet. But worthless ebay told me it was delivered and closed case. F_ck you ebay.

I am only putting one star because I am required to! I actually ordered a family tent from them a week ago that we need for a huge family vacation in 8 days! Their website states 24-48 hr shipping yet my order still says “processing” everytime I call or email I get told “we are escalating this to our processing team” still no update! I must have this item in 7 days or my entire vacation with my family will be ruined 😪 the only thing they have offered is a refund in which now even if I get a refund I won’t have time to order another one from somewhere else and have it here in time! I do not understand why they cannot get me to somebody who can find out why my order still says processing!!

Fraud, Fraud, Fraud!!! They sell things that they don't have. Then when you inquire about the status of your order, they take days to get back to you and give you the run around. This company is a scam. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!

I wrote a review about a month ago. I just now received my refund back in my bank account. The customer service reps that respond to these reviews are liars. They try to twist words on their responses to make you look like it was your fault. They will take your money quickly but not ship your item for weeks or refund it in a timely matter. Customer service is horrible and you rarely get anyone to answer the phone. Do not trust this company. They are not worth the little savings that you think you are getting.

AVOID THIS COMPANY LIKE THE PLAGUE!! I ORDERED A BACK PACK FROM WALMARTS .COM (PRODUCT SHIPPED AND SOLD BY THEM) INSTEAD A GET SOME STUPID YOGA SLEEVE FOR A TABLET!! NO ANSWER ON THEIR SUPPOSED CUSTOMER SERVICE NUMBER, NO RESPONSE TO MESSAGES HERE ON FACEBOOK.
