REFURBISHED SUBSTITUTED WITHOUT PERMISSION. I purchased a "Brand New" item and the company substituted a refurbished without my permission. They even deleted my original order out of their system -- it shows on my first receipt but then the second receipt says they shipped 'Grade B" but offered no price adjustment. Do not trust these shady dealers.

Bought a refurbished laptop from them, didn't even last 9 months, called to see if they had a warranty and they basically just told me to go away, rip $1000

Bought a refurbished TV that had no screws for the stand, the frame was scratched, no batteries for the remote. I was willing to deal with all of this, but there was about a 3/4" black spot near the frame AND a thin strip of white light coming through by the frame. They obviously DID NOT refurbish the TV - They OBVIOUSLY just sent the TV out and knew that it would be too much trouble to return.

Don’t do it. Pay more and shop elsewhere. I made a purchase on 11/27. 4 minutes after the first purchase, another order was submitted but for $70 more than the first. This scared me so I immediately requested cancellation of both. The first order was canceled but they couldn’t access the second in the system. On 12/4, I was charged $240 for this order but they still couldn’t cancel. Yesterday the order changed from “pending” to “delivered”. An order was never made or received. Today I was told I will be refunded “sooner or later”. This is a nightmare!!! Do not order from this company. RUN!!!

I ordered an item from Walmart.com not realizing it was coming from a 3rd party source. I received the order confirmation. I received the shipping email confirmation. 2 days later, the supposed day of delivery, I find out through FedEx the item has not even shipped. The next day after several unanswered emails, I finally get a reply to kindly give them 7-10 days for my item to be delivered. I contacted Walmart.com and demanded a full refund. Never, ever again will I place an order if it is coming from V.I.P. Outlet.

The response from VIP Outlet when I made them aware of this, was that that any Power G7 they sold me would be compatible with Visible cellular service. All of their phones were unlocked and that the IMEI did not matter When I setup my phone and try to make a call, I get this message: Cellular network not available for voice cxalls. When I put the IMEI in Visible's IMEI compatiblility checker, it says the following: Your current phone doesn’t work with us, but you can still get Visible service. You've got options. 1 Swap your phone for an eligible compatible phone for free with a number transfer. 2 You can check out our store to find the latest and greatest, and budget friendly phones. Swap your phone or Shop phones The bottom line is that MY PHONE DOES NOT WORK AND IT IS NOT COMPATIBLE WITH VISIBLE'S CELLULAR SERVICE. and that VIP Outlet had no idea what it is talking about

I ordered a refurbished laptop from walmart.com not realizing it was reburbish and also not realizing it wasnt from walmart originally, I rushed it thinking it was going out of stock soon on cyber monday, it had said I was going to recieve it by 3days , when I went to the tracking I was waiting on the day it had said I was going to recieve it which was on the 12/3 all of a sudden few days after it says shipment info has been sent to the fedex but that the package hasnt been sent yett to Fedex. I keep checking everyday to see if it changes but nothing has it stayed the same. I emailed them yesterday and today and still no response to cancel my order or to ask where is my order but nothing! Im starting to get worried and think its a scam.

I would like a refund they provide no shipping tracking. I also can’t cancel through Walmart. I would like to refund thank you
