i can't believe walmart allows them as a 3rd party seller. sent them an email asking them two questions and they completely ignored my question regarding why the item that was supposed to be 2 day shipping hasn't even been sent out yet. so i emailed them again today asking the same thing, as the item was supposed to be here today and still has not been sent out. it's really wrong of walmart to use 3rd party sellers without letting people know it won't be fulfilled by walmart themselves within the time frame walmart claims it will be fulfilled in. as a walmart credit card holder, i find that incredibly unfair.

They advertise products at good prices on eBay, then they substitute older models of the product without asking you. They pretend this is by accident but if you read their feedback they do this often. They will not replace the product with the correct product. This is bait and switch which is illegal. Avoid them. Following up based on their reply that this is an honest mistake. That is a lie. They also refused to send the correct advertised product. Read through their feedback on major sites such as eBay and you will see a consistent theme of doing just what they did with my transaction. Avoid them like COViD.

VIPOUTLET, as you can see by other reviewers as well, are scamming a large majority of their customers, either by just flat out stealing their money and not sending the product purchased, or by sending some item not even close to what has been described by them as sellers on their own website, eBay, Walmart, and who knows what other outlets. I purchased a Lenovo laptop on 12/16/20 and cancelled my order within 3 hours of payment yet it is the end of January, and they have both the laptop And my $350 and they are in no rush to make things right. I’ve spent each and every day since 12/28, when VIPOUTLET told me they had processed my refund, either emailing, calling, Or direct messaging them through eBay and it’s been one excuse after another. I’m so tired of all the hours I have put into getting my money returned that I just want to quit but I refuse to let them get away with stealing my money. They persuaded me to close my dispute i opened with my bank (they said only if I closed the dispute could their system allow a refund to process), they insisted on requesting the USPS intercept the package which I had cancelled days before they shipped it only to find out that by having USPS intercept the package, it voided my ability to have eBay help get my money back, and told Me that my refund had processed on 12/28 when In fact, no refund ever existed. STAY AWAY FROM VIPOUTLET. They will scam you, take your money, and will keep doing it until people start readng these reviews which all say the same thing. That is, these people Are shady and their intention is to rob you For whatever they can.

Had a terrible experience with VIP Outlet. Ordered Airpod Pro grade A and they were terrible. Had problems charging and connection issues. Would not buy from this company!

Don't do it!!!!! I ordered 8 Ruko streaming sticks. What i received was a bunch of packages that were thrown together by what looks like a child. None were new. They are either refurbished or bought elsewhere. There was no packing slip. All came in separate boxes. Only one had the original box. The rest were in zip lock bags. 4 of the packages were without a remote. One missing the ac plug and cord. After almost 3 weeks, I'm still dealing with these people. Now they are saying that one of the sticks does not match what they sent me. I was able to obtain return labels for 3 of the ruko's missing the remotes. The other they are still refusing to accept.

I purchased an apple ipad pro 128g on VipOutlet with 15% discount coupon. However, I received an apple ipad pro 64g, and it was not the latest model and the color was silver. Therefore, I send an email to their customer service about the situation. They told me to return the ipad pro back but they only offer a 10% discount coupon. Moreover, it would took a long time to receive the refund. I don't have extra money to buy a new one and I really need an ipad pro for studying now. As a result , I decided to keep the ipad pro and told them to provide me partial refund . They replied me "Thank you for considering in keeping the item. We would be happy to ask the management for a possible partial refund to offer on this order, but before we do that we need to visually inspect the item. Could you please provide us with pictures of what you've described, serial number(s) and any labels on the box. Please include also the blue sticker that contains the TRG". After I provide all the pictures and videos, they asked me to return the ipad pro back without any reasonalbe explain for me. They waste my time and treat me like an idiot.

If I could give them 0 stars I sure would. I ordered my laptop on Dec 9th. It said I would have it in 2 days. On the 14th I called and they said I had to wait 4 business day and see if they could find it. Then after that they told me to wait 24-48 days for a response. I call today on the 22nd. And they say it's on its way and it might not show it on the app. And only say it's processing but its on its way. Then right after saying that the lady says if its not there by Friday which is another 3 days that it got lost and they will refund my money. I dont want the darn money! I want my laptop. It will probably be a piece of crap. If you go by how well this place operates. I will never order through Walmart or VIP ever again! Dont waste your time. These people don't have a clue what they are doing. If it isn't here on Friday im calling BBB.
