Ordered from them through Newegg and items never shipped. Requested a refund and they sent an invoice like it would be refunded..... But it never was. I escalated the scam to paypal so hopefully they can recover my money. STAY AWAY FROM THIS SELLER. Read all the reviews, I wish I had

They sent the wrong TV. The wrong TV was in poor condition. Their customer service skills are non-existent. They would not make it right by sending me the right TV ASAP, as a matter of fact they would NOT send me the right TV. They said they will refund when they get the wrong TV back in their warehouse, even though they still have the model I ordered available for sale with 4 in stock!

I bought a Nintendo Switch controller that they had slightly discounted from retail price at amazon, they sent a fake one that looked just like the real thing, but it didn't work. I took a closer look and it was not Nintendo brand it was some other generic cheapo brand with the Switch logo. They gave me a return label and refunded quickly though.

Bought a Vizio soundbar on Newegg, which was categorized by Newegg as manufacturer certified refurbished. This was in now way "refurbished" and certainly not to a manufacturer's specifications. The soundbar came in a large box with the two satellite speakers and the subwoofer in the same box. By the time I received it, every one of these had slipped out of their loose bubble wrap and certainly got banged around during shipping. This sent up red flags immediately, but it didn't appear there was any external damage so I figured whatever, as long as it works. Well, it didn't work. The soundbar would not so much as power on. I can't speak for the other components because they need to interact with the soundbar to work (the sub did power on, but that's of no use without the soundbar functioning). Alright, I thought, well maybe it's the cord, I'll try another one. That's when I realized they didn't even include all the necessary cables -- there should have been two power cords, one for the sub and one for the main unit. I looked up what was supposed to be included in the retail package online and the following items were missing: 1 power cable, 1 RCA cable, 1 3.5mm audio cable, 1 digital optical cable, 4 wall mount brackets and their accompanying hardware, and a mounting template. All of those were missing! I don't care so much about the cables, since I have spares laying around, but failing to include these basic items (especially the power cable) is so clearly not something any reasonable person would consider refurbished. The missing items aside, they didn't even check to see if it powered on! I cannot fathom how anyone can sell something as refurbished without making sure it at least turns on before sending it along. Vip Outlet is an utterly disgraceful excuse for a business. I would avoid them like the plague. I also need to mention that, because I bought this through Newegg's marketplace, I've been having to go back and forth with both Newegg and VIP outlet just to get a return label, so I can get this hunk of garbage out of my house and my money refunded. Two days later and I still have no indication that I'll be rid of this anytime soon. I probably won't be doing any business on Newegg either. What a hassle!

Ordered by accident on ebay, request cancelation immediately. Request rejected and product shipped same day. Return requested prior to me receiving product, accepted but letting me know to simply refuse the delivery. Left note on my door to fedex that i refuse shipment of blah blah # tracking number. Shipper does not recieve returned package for some time. There Emails through ebay back and forth repeatedly about refund status and package update.. returned package received on the 3rd. No refund, zero money has been returned to me....as its still processing (?) I just get excuse after excuse but none of my refund. Nope never again. TRULY BUYER BEWARE! They knew that ebay voids buyer protections when a package is refused thats why they suggested it, i didnt know that until this happened. So i got no help from ebay with this. Paypal says i didnt upload my credit receipts when i very well did; i mean i made the payment WITH PAYPAL (for God sskes!), so no help from paypal they closed the claim...I just want my refund...this is too much hassling with what seems to have been good company in the past but as i see from a really fast growing network of recent negative reviews in comparison to the positive ones of distant past, this company seems to be not doing well and does not seem to care for the unsuspecting customers that would be keeping them afloat right now.....why is this company on so many platforms? It seems they would not be allowed ecommerce according to all the negative reviews about them everywhere.....Its just sickening..the whole thing is disheartening......where is consumer protections? Also i posted this initial review 2 weeks ago. Still no response, so now i decided to update this so we will see if i get a response on here.

A few years ago I had decent luck buying from VIP Outlet but the quality has plummeted since. This company buys bulk returns from large companies like Walmart and Amazon. They clean and check the items to be resold. I like the concept as a way to save money but lately, it far more hassle than it's worth - every item received is not suitable to be resold. Customer service is a hit and miss and most of the times they don't honor what they say... I recently bought a item that is still registered/locked to another customer's account of which I can't unlink, rendering the item completely useless to me. On a different item, of a smart watch, the item has non-functioning "enter/back" button, rendering it not even possible to run the setup process, which again completely useless. I think their quality check is no more than plug in power and if the item lights up, they get a pass to be resold... Items also often don't come with critical parts/accessories, like remote or power adapter. I highly recommend you do not buy from VIP Outlet. The "good price" will end up to be nothing than hassles.

Sent me the wrong product and sent video of what i got they are just ignoring it and keep asking the same thing.. horrible..

Walmart is a big company. Please please take VIPOUTLET out of your list. This company steal my money by advertising their item on Walmart.com then create a fake tracking number for shipping by FEDEX then never send your item to you. I contact Walmart customer 2 times by phone, I email to them 3 times about where is by order?. I gave them all my information. They never get a clear answers. Walmart should review all reviews from all customers complain about this company.
