Thank you to VIPOutlet for dealing with me for about 3 weeks when it was not necessary. Negligent customer service representatives can make a simple matter extremely bad. That is what happened to me. I ordered a cellular and returned it. Walmart was responsible for refunding my account and did NOT do their job. Walmart is too big to have ignorant, lazy people working for them. VIPOutet was only trying to assist me. Being an upset customer, I did not see that. I owe them a big apology. I finally got the refund from WALMART. VIPOutlet even contacted me to make sure I received it. Thanks guys, I am so sorry. Updated!

I was shopping for curtains for our home...they were out of stock at Target...so I searched online and came across VIP Outlet. I found the exact curtains I was looking for and ...for half the price. There was no shipping charge and it was a general smooth process.

I made my first purchase through VIP Outlet last week. I found a great deal on an Adora doll which will be one of my daughter’s Christmas gift. I got it for 50% of what every retailer is selling it for. Brand new but damaged box, I don’t need the box anyways because I will be putting the doll in a baby stroller on Christmas morning. So it worked out great for me. Shipping was free and very quick. I am a happy customer and I will be visiting their website for more.
