Ordered a laptop 2 weeks ago and haven't received it. USPS told me they sent it to the wrong state and now tracking hasn't updated in a week. VIPOUTLET told me they would refund me if it hasn't updated in another 24 hours and now it is long past that and they refuse. STAY AWAY! Unless you enjoy wasting $500 to receive nothing. Now I have to go through disputing the charge and hoping to recover my money. Listen to the bad reviews!!!

I wouldn’t even give their a** a star. I wish I would have saw all these reviews because I would never have purchase. Walmart needs to be ashamed to still contract with this merchant because it definitely don’t look good.My TVs somehow are lost in the shopping state and their saying I can’t get a refund until I get them, but how ?????when you all don’t know where they are. At this point I do not do the back and forth I will be requesting refund from my bank for product never received and making a BBB complaint.

Order # 30165137 was canceled without my consent! Without any warning, and only after 5 days! They didn't offer any replacement! I can no longer buy at this price, there is only twice as expensive. Also, the Independence Day coupon does not work either. I lost my time, nerves, a great offer and a coupon!

I ordered a refurbished 50" TV, when I received I was amazed that it was in a box with barely any packing material inside, it was actually flipping back and forth inside the box when UPS arrived. I opened it and sure enough the 50" TV was heavily damaged screen both sides, not sure if you have any quality control. To me I wasted the time to order, wait until it arrives immediately return to my local Walmart, now having to wait for a refund once it is returned to VP Outlet. Maybe I'm missing something, Walmart just lost the cost of a TV plus the shipping over poor Packaging, I lost wasted time and waiting for a refund. There was a total loss for Walmart. Poor performance from VP Outlet caused all of this, not sure if it's owned by Walmart but a total Loss and most likely never order a TV from Walmart again. Very disappointed with my purchase just because someone didn't take some common sense shipping a large screen TV. Still waiting for a refund.

I bought a straight talk cell phone on Walmart website. (Apparently some things on Walmart website are from outside providers)It came from VIPoutlet. Well the phone arrived. It cannot be unlocked. Walmart cannot unlocked it. Straight talk cannot unlock it. I called VIPoutlet and was told they sometimes have problems with phones that cannot be unlocked. What? In my opinion this is fraud. Now I have to wait for a return label (if it comes) . No one should buy anything from this company. Also I have disputed this charge with my credit card company.

I ordered a laptop Friday morning and was extremely happy with the price. Two days later I received an email that said my order was cancelled because "it did not meet our highest standards". I do not understand why these items are posted on the website before they are inspected. It is hard to believe, I feel like something fishy is going on here and I will continue to update this post as I find out more info.
