I ordered a monitor for $201, which retail price is $350. It took a while for it to come (10 days) but it was worth the wait. Only issue I have is that they included the wrong monitor stand, which I had to order that separately. Thankfully that was only $25.

I honestly can not believe it, despite my doubts and the vague reviews I decided to test my faith in humanity and trust the deal. They delivered on the phone I ordered (Idol 5s) quickly and without issue. The only minor complaint I can muster is the screen protector tape they use left a bit of sticky resin that I had to scrub off before use.

I did have issues with this company. 1.)There was a system glitch upon ordering. 2.) I could not see my order but it was fully processed from my account. After an in depth conversation with customer service, and an apology for system issues, I finally received some type of purchase receipt/confirmation with a tracking # e-mailed. All this should have been self-generated from within their systems. Seems like it needs an upgrade /overhaul. Nonetheless I received my product, it works fine thus far. 3.) Like most customers have stated. I received no instructions, no box, no billing invoice, no receipt. A very generic way of doing things, even if it's.....reboxed(demo)/returned or refurbished. It should have come with directions/instructions. How much effort would it take to download a copy with the shipping package, as well as a receipt of transaction. If you're not going to provide this. May I suggest presenting an option to download a PDF within the ordering process. Pick up your game (VIP Outlet) very sloppy at best. I appreciate all the help with my issues. Seems to be, I was dealing with a customer service rep that actually gave a damn. I very much want to buy another of the same product. Trust is what I don't have in your procedures and processes. Had I read the reviews prior to my purchase. I wouldn't have taken the chance. It's the customer, who keeps you in business...... never forget! ((((((((((((((Real Talk)))))))))))))

My order arrived fast. The price was great! There was an issue with the box. Customer support fixed the issue within two hours of sending the first email. This was out of normal business hours. Made me feel like a person not a number like some other online retailers have.

I was so worried about some of the negative reviews, but all turned out fine and I received my order very quickly and mostly as described (minor dent on one of the toolbox panels) - hence the 4 stars. I would purchase from VIP Outlet again

I have made many orders. Many have been great bargains and arrived in excellent condition. However there have also been several that have arrived damaged or were not the item as shown. I didnt rate this down but one star because returns are free and easy. Refunds are fairly fast. I would use this outlet more if the were more concerned about making sure things were right before shipping.
