Bought a laptop that was advertised in capital letters as BRAND NEW! When I received it it was clearly not brand new. Finger prints & smudges all over. Returned it immediately!

I ordered a $300 Apple watch from them through Walmart. I received an empty box. I messaged them and never heard back. I called today, and spoke with Melissa. She told me they have had multiple customers across the country receive empty boxes and Fedex was stealing the merchandise. I was told to file a claim and wait it out. I told her she needed to file the claim and issue me a refund. She said she would not do that so I asked to speak to a manager and she said no. They clearly have a theft issue in their warehouse. The box I received had a puece of kraft paper in it and that was it. I have never dealt with someone so unprofessional and clearly she had no clue how to deal with customer issues. Please be aware when you make purchases here. Use PayPal or shop elsewhere. Walmart refuses to help as well.

Received an empty box and then denied a refund or replacement. Told to dispute with the courier (FedEx), and even though I am not the shipper, and explained that to VIPOUTLET, and that means they need to submit a waiver for FedEx (based on attached info) they kept telling me to submit a claim. Edit after reply: I have submitted at least five different communications explaining that I received a box and there was nothing inside. They need to file the claim with the carrier or give me a waiver so I may do so. Reviews on Walmart.com show that I am not the only one to receive an empty box from this company. When I sent the response from FedEx saying how the shipper/VIPOUTLET needs to submit the claim, I got a response of a waiver from me but that they will not refund me unless FedEx resolves the matter in their favor. Which indicates they KNOW they will lose because they have someone stealing the items and are trying to get around refunding me.

I would sooner recommend a homeless man under a bridge than deal with you're absolutely terrible business practices of sending broken and damaged (refurbished) equipment. They will lie to you on the phone saying they "tested" the equipment before shipping but would have caught mistake before sending or just knowingly sent a broken product. I will be 100% telling everyone and anyone I can to stay as far away from your company as possible save yourself the trouble.

Just want to scream about this scammers!!! I never would imagine that anyone would be in business by lying like that!!! If you are shopping and come across with name “VIPOUTLET” anywhere… on the website, Facebook, eBay… drop the phone and run!!! They are such a scammers , i don’t even know where to begin. I don’t think I would have enough space to write all my experience with them… but trust me!! It was the worst one!! Don’t even try it!!! That’s all I can tell!! They advertise one thing, and you will receive something absolutely completely different and trust me crappy quality ! NOT what it was advertised! So don’t waist your time!

Purchased refurbished Lenovo IdeaPad on eBay from vipoutlet. They market themselves as an Authorized Lenovo Partner The day I received the tablet, it would properly power up. I contacted the Customer Service Dept for assistance. I fully explained my issue,as I could get the tablet to move passed the language screen. The reps were of NO ASSISTANCE AT ALL! I requested return air bill,which they messed up, emailing to me and cutting off the tracking number. I notified them,however the reply was far from prompt. Since I was under a time restraint to return the tablet, I decided to pay for tracking out of pocket. USPS doesn't allow tracking on prepaid returns,so I had to pay for all the return postage myself. I included tracking and insurance. I wasn't willing to take any chances This company has poor technicians,poor customer serv reps and poor administrative reps. A most unpleasant experience

They offered FedEx Overnight shipping for an extra charge. I paid for it and they instead sent the package with USPS Standard which takes exponentially longer. They don't even offer USPS, they promised that even free shipping would use FedEx Ground. They told me it was an accident. How do you accidentally ship with an entirely different company than the one you said you'd use? When I complained they refused to cancel the USPS shipping label (it hadn't even been given to USPS yet). Only after complaining did they refund my shipping money. I asked if they could upgrade the shipping speed with USPS (you can always do this, you just call USPS and ask) and they couldn't do that. I asked why and the person I was speaking with literally said "We just can't." It took them 2 more days to actually ship the item. They had created the shipping label but didn't bring it to USPS. I filed a report with ebay (vipoutlet has a store there and this is where I bought an item from) and specified that I wanted the item to ship as they had promised. Instead they instantly refunded me and began ignoring my messages. Now I have to send them money when the time arrives because they accidentally sent me the money back.

I ordered two computers this company had for sale. I have never received the items. I am still in dispute which they are fighting. The customer service agent basically told me they do not in any way care about the situation and to dispute it. This is insane behavior from a company.
