I ordered the Nextbase 622GW Front and Rear Camera Combo. What I received was the front camera only. Also no USB cable for connecting the camera to a computer (listed on the box as an included component necessary for initial setup, but it wasn't there). I contacted VIP OUTLET immediately, and they said the best they could do was offer me $30. A rear camera retails for $70, so why would I accept $30? Also they never replied about the missing USB cable. Now I have to deal with the hassle of mailing back this piece of junk. VIP OUTLET engages in false advertising and hopes that customers won't notice their attempts at ripping you off. Avoid at all costs!!

Cancelled an order when it was supposed to have been shipped. Poor business practices. First and last time I will do business. UPDATE 11/16/23. Item listed as in stock again on the site with stock on hand. Delivery estimate 11/22/23. My order was cancelled but stock on hand. 200011390848355

Bought a refurb Galaxy smartwatch. No instructions included. Will not hook up to my Samsung smart phone. No replacement, say they don't have one. Not able to do a remote fix. Not a place to make a purchase.

Sellers are rip off artists. I was sold a fake brand that didn't work. What a waste of money.

Ordered 3 computers. Received 1. Others never shipped. Still waiting for refund. Horrible experience so far. Chat was less than helpful and offered nothing.

Like so many others: bait and switch. Order the newer expensive version of an item and they send the cheaper older version of the item. Is it by accident or they are hoping you don't notice? It seems way too common of a theme to think it happens by accident as often as their reviews say. CS was polite but unhelpful in doing anything other than: 'Please return the item back first so our facility can look for the correct item and ship it back if available." I don't want to be in limbo for weeks. I don't plan to ever order from this company again.

Order#36744706 If you value your time and money, don’t even bother placing an order. You are better off buying at someplace else.

VIP outlet send used phones! Never buy from them Nightmare experience First they send a used off brand phone ( they made me send pictures and a video), I have to print a label and drop it off, then they take forever and tell me the item was not returned after 3 weeks. I had to get a tracking number to prove I sent back the used piece of trash they mailed my son. They have only inconvenienced me with terrible return policy and just terrible business practices. Why would you not check a phone before you mailed it? I understand reselling returns, but to send used when I purchased a NEW one? Bad business Terrible service, terrible experience I would never recommend buying anything from this scam company!
