About a year ago, I ordered a 65" LG TV from VIPOutlet, which is apparently a liquidation arm of Walmart, with overseas phone support. The TV arrived with cracks running throughout the screen and was unusable. After viewing detailed photos, rather than pick up the product, the company advised me to dispose of it locally. When I informed them the town charged a $15 disposal fee for "large" TV's, they wrote me that they would issue the credit to my credit card. Because the credit actually showed up as a (rarely used) paypal balance, rather than a credit card adjustment and from a different name than VIPOutlet, I only recently learned (from VIP) that the disposal fee credit, had, in fact, been handled as promised and in a timely fashion, so I have updated my review and rating accordingly. VIPOutlet treated me honorably, in making the best of an unpleasant experience. Thanks VIP!
