We always strive to provide the best service possible, and I appreciate your patience as we work through this. As stated on the Walmart website, we offer a 30-day return window and a 90-day warranty period. Unfortunately, because this purchase is outside of both timeframes, we’re unable to process a return or issue a refund. After this period, the manufacturer assumes responsibility for any warranty issues. We want to be upfront that while we are proud of offering one of the longest warranties among Walmart vendors,(Most third party vendors do not) we cannot make exceptions beyond the set policy. I understand you may have been seeking a replacement or refund, but this situation is outside our guidelines. If you’d like to pursue this further, I’d recommend reaching out to Walmart directly for further escalation. I’m truly sorry for the inconvenience and appreciate your understanding.
