Quick and resolution of my issue related to shipping

EDIT: They have great customer service when returning an item and when trying to get you to stay with their services. I would recommend emailing them at their website instead of through ebay messages for a faster response. Email response times did not take as long as expected and they even provided me with a 10% discount on my next order to make up for their inconvenience. ORIGINAL PROBLEM* SOLVED: I ordered a laptop off of Ebay sold by them and they shipped me a laptop with similar looks, but lesser specs than their listing. I don't think it was a mistake because they have another listing for the cheaper laptop that they sent me using the same photos. I doubt they're going to send me the laptop I actually ordered since it's now 'out of stock'.
