I ordered 2 Lenovo Chromebooks. To my disappointment both were defective, but that can happen with electronics. My 5 star rating is for the customer service I received from Jenn. She got me my return labels while I was still on the phone with her. She wanted to be sure I received them in my email, so I would not have to call back later. I hope they can get their product quality control up to standards. It's apparent their customer service staff are top notch, but the tech department leaves something to be desired. THANKS AGAIN JENN!!

I was hesitant to buy from them but I had a good experience. I would buy from them again. Item was in good condition and arrived quickly.

I've used VIP Outlet twice. Bought a laptop through their Ebay store in January. Just bought a Chromebook through there actual website in November. Each transaction was smooth, no problems. Received both items in quick fashion. This last purchase was faster than my first! I ordered the Chromebook the night of 11/23, order shipped 11/24, received package on 11/25. Couldn't be happier with the service!

Mistakenly ordered a cellphone which wouldn't be compatible with my network. Order was cancelled without problem and refund was issued. Customer service was courteous and quick.
