Upon first use, I was a believer!! My scalp is amazingly clean, hair is sleek, shiny and manageable! No frizz! Yet, after 30 days of use (I wash about every 3 days) I started experiencing significant hair loss! I mean, significant!!! I am extremely disappointed that I must stop this product because my hair really felt wonderful, yet, if I don’t, I won’t have any! Buyer, please be aware of hair loss!

I have been using this product for close to a year now and I am completely in love with it!!! My hair is softer now than it ever has been before! Its color safe for color treated hair as well!! And not to mention the packaging is freaking gorgeous!!!!!

I honestly really really love my Viori Citrus Yao shampoo and conditioner so very much that after using it for a solid two weeks I turned around and ordered two more of each and one each of the Terrace Garden shampoo and conditioner. The Citrus Yao has the scent of a Orange Creamsicle off of an ice cream truck on a hot summer day and I can’t get enough of it. The only tip I have is use the conditioner sparingly, just a few strokes on the back of your head to the ends. It is a super powerful conditioner and a little goes a longggggg way. These left my hair so soft, full, shiny and voluminous. I don’t know about halting gray hair, mine may be to far along for anything but hair dye to every help... lol. The Terrace Garden has the exact sane effects just with the scent of woodsy flowers and a touch of garden rose. To sum up Viori all I can say is .... PERFECT!!!!

I originally tried this product because of its environmentally-conscious packaging and limited ingredients at a reasonable price. I was not expecting much, but my combination, wavy hair has never been smoother or softer. Extra bonus that this product comes along with an encouraging, positive community. My interactions with the company have consistently been delightful. Great product!

What in the hell? How is it possible for shampoo to be so amazing??? I used this one time [citrus yao] and my hair suddenly looked like it did when I was a teenager and had 3 times as much of it--whut??? What voodoo is this??? I have tried every kind of shampoo, gentle shampoo, bar shampoo, no-poo, even rye flour and acv for a while, and this knocks everything out of the park and makes me look like a Pantene ad?!! And not even any conditioner? At 44 with massive post-covid hair loss??? I don't understand. *also makes scalp feel amazing. ?!?

Disappointed with this product, I got both the shampoo and conditioner bars and have used a few times now. I didn’t notice any improvement in my hair, it actually caused me to have much more dandruff than usual and dandruff wasn’t a big issue for me before I started to use this. I will say that the experience is nice and easier than I expected (never used the bar format before) and I like the scent (I got the floral scent in both). It might be good for travel since it’s small and seems that you’d get a lot of uses out of it but wish I saw a positive difference in my hair instead of just more dandruff. I have curly, thick, dry hair so might just not be meant for my hair type. Planning to use it for my body instead since I like the scent but won’t re-order.

Love this shampoo and conditioner! The product did exactly what it said it would do! My hair feels so soft and clean. I will be buying this product again. I bought hidden waterfalls in both the shampoo bar and conditioning bar. Highly recommend!
