I just received this product and haven't tried it yet (Wooden Shampoo Holder, Coconut Oil Repair Conditioner, Rice Water Shampoo, and Rice Water Conditioner) but I wanted to get in here to share my experience with customer service! My first package got stolen and when I reached out to Viori hoping, but not expecting, that they might send me a replacement they were SO friendly and understanding — and they agreed to! I then told them I would be out of town and asked when I should have them resend it accordingly and they let me reach back out to them about a week later to place the reorder. I just appreciated their friendliness and willingness to jump in to help me out, including the multiple responses and coordination. Thank you and I am excited to try the product now!

Love the soap! If you ise it in one of the bags the amount of lather is AMAZING! The customer service is close to immediate and they're fantastic. 100% recommend .

I’ve been using viori for over a year now and my hair has never felt better!! It’s grown so much and gotten so healthy. I’ve also done their headspa a few times and am obsessed!! It is AMAZING!!! I recommend this product to everyone and love that they have so much variety for different hair types. Their body products are also amazing. It’s all sustainable and made from fermented rice water from the rice fields in longsheng, China. I LOVE THIS STUFF!!!

Viori absolutely changed the game for me! My scalp was itchy and flaky, and i kept having poor reactions to my tried and true products. From my first wash I knew this was my new go to. You can pay much, much more for high end luxury products" that are full of chemicals and preservatives. Viori keeps adding new products to their line. Their products smell amazing. Their products are made of high quality ingredients. They also have killer, customer service! I had an issue with shipping, and they got back to me quickly and fixed the issue. I also love that Viori's products are ethically sourced. Best of all, it helps women, from a small village, support themselves.
