I haven't tried the products yet, but I am very disappointed by vague, evasive and misleading product info. For example, on the website it's mentioned that a Rice Water Protein conditioner is for flat and fine hair, but on a conditioner bar packaging it's mentioned (in tiny letters) that the conditioner is for flat, OILY hair. OILY? It makes a BIG DIFFERENCE! In addition to the discrepancy between the website info and the info on conditioner and shampoo bars packaging, the mailed packaging/info doesn't match the packaging/info on the website. For ex, I ordered Peach Hibiscus Conditioner Bar, but the packaging says RICE WATER PROTEIN. Thus, very often the packaging on the website and in real life doesn't match (including packaging colors), so it took me quite a lot of time and a lot of guessing to match what I actually received with the online products to understand if the right items had been shipped. Also, there's no mentioning of ingredients on product packaging which makes it even more difficult to understand what kind of product I received. I have never had this kind of mismatching and very misleading .experience. It's a complete mess!!! As if the above wasn't enough, I found it to be very difficult to find a way to write a review which is unheard of and now I don't even understand how I could submit my review instead of just clicking a button. I never write reviews, but this company took too much of my time to understand what I actually ordered and what I actually received before I realized that I ordered two products for oily hair which I don't need and never wanted to order. How irresponsible, negligent and disrespectful of customers and their time!

Viori charged my debit card without my consent. I contacted customer service 5 times over the course of 2 weeks and requested that they cancel the shipment. They refuse to refund my money and refuse to provide me with instructions to return their products. I had to file a dispute with my Bank and a complaint with the Better Business Bureau.

I just received this product and haven't tried it yet (Wooden Shampoo Holder, Coconut Oil Repair Conditioner, Rice Water Shampoo, and Rice Water Conditioner) but I wanted to get in here to share my experience with customer service! My first package got stolen and when I reached out to Viori hoping, but not expecting, that they might send me a replacement they were SO friendly and understanding — and they agreed to! I then told them I would be out of town and asked when I should have them resend it accordingly and they let me reach back out to them about a week later to place the reorder. I just appreciated their friendliness and willingness to jump in to help me out, including the multiple responses and coordination. Thank you and I am excited to try the product now!

The bar of Viori rice water shampoo that I purchased was hard and dry and did not easily make a lather. And then when it was about one-third used it broke into pieces and began to crumble. The pieces could not be used because they each broke further when I tried to use them. For this reason I cannot recommend this product.

Love the soap! If you ise it in one of the bags the amount of lather is AMAZING! The customer service is close to immediate and they're fantastic. 100% recommend .

I wrote customer service because I had hundreds of points and wanted to see how to use them. Unlike most rewards systems where you can easily see what your rewards get you and how to redeem them their site has no such details. When I reached out to support they sent what seems like a canned response for logging in. This was never the issue nor was it included in my email. When I did get a response it was that points could only be used if you had an active subscription (I had cancelled that day) and they only by reinstating a subscription AND contacting support could I use the accumulated points. This is deceiving in practice and not standard across most services. The bars quality have declined in recent years.

I’ve been using Viori since their kickstarter campaign. My hair looks and feels beautiful and has grown a lot! I highly recommend their products. I also love their body wash products. Fantastic products!!

I cannot say enough great things about viori. Not only is their in person head spa amazing but their products are life changing. If you’re looking for a clean brand- you’ve found it! It’s transformative for my clients and also my own hair. I LOVE VIORI!!
